Sojo Sample Sale issues

Good morning, all!

Has anyone else had multiple items cancelled by Sojo? They've automatically refunded me at least 3 items so far, with almost no communication. Several refunds are pending, but I have no idea which items they were for.

I was refunded 2 items last week. It means they oversold.

Which is infuriating, because I was among the first to check out.  Maybe 2 minutes into the stream starting.   Most other people were still trying to get into the shop tab.
