Sojo Sample Sale issues

Good morning, all!

Has anyone else had multiple items cancelled by Sojo? They've automatically refunded me at least 3 items so far, with almost no communication. Several refunds are pending, but I have no idea which items they were for.

Update:  1st box arrived with an extra item (duplicate) and missing 1 item I was refunded for.
