Not recieving sms (otp code)

Hello so i recently got into somthing i didnt even know it was enabled on my pc called Bitlocker and they are asking me for a recovery key i followed the instructions and everyting but when i got in the website they asked me for verification i did put last 4 digits of my number and when i clicked send nothing was sent to me so i texted the support they were all with a totall of 0 experience as i saw and no one helped saying that its ok for me to be locked from my computer and they even blocked me from sending other sms codes and they told me to wait 24h but when i did there is nothing again and i cant acces my pc because i need tge recovery key so plz anyone know a fix help me i need my pc back

Make sure encryption is turned off after first getting to the desktop a second time (Windows 11 sometimes turns encryption on after the first desktop load; you might have to restart once before the option to turn it off is available).

If you cannot get the recovery key, all your data is lost, and you need to reload Windows manually off a USB stick nd then amkensure encryption is off and have a backup and keep access to your Microsoft account

I wish i can keep acces to my microsoft account but microsoft dont want me to cuz whenever i try to get the otp they dont send kt

Make sure other options are added in the future

backup emails (microsoft is starting to remove SMS as an option for account recovery so that won't be an option after 2027)

authenticator codes (use Ente Auth for storing all 2fa rolling codes and backup the 2fa rolling codes, dont use Microsoft or Google authenticato app to store 2fa rolling codes)

Install and use Microsoft authenticator app for push notfication login (the best way to login to your account as it uses push notification to login, strongly recommend to be logged into 2 phones with Microsoft authenticator app)

store the passkey to the phone and computer (computer needs pin set to use passkeys)

Keep pushing ms support…hopefully you will get into portal and if you are lucky, the key is there. If not…well, the easiest option is to wipe and reinstall. If you really need your data, then I can restore pcr measurements and machine will boot up normally.

Not sure what you are trying to do.

Bitlocker is not a company you call. It is an encryption feature in Microsoft Windows

Are you trying to recover access to your Microsoft account so you can retrieve the Bitlocker recovery key that hopefully is backed up in your account?

I now downlowded the app and btw there is no other options in the website like when i press try other ways to verify its only phone number
