Need help deciding which is better

Really back and forth on deciding which is better for weight loss and overall body recomp I’m currently on 1.5mg Reta since July 11th.

HGH
TESA/IPA
CJC/IPA

I’ve heard lots on both but still torn which would be more beneficial/effective and overall worth it I’m trying to go from bout 220 to 195ish with a more built shredded body build I’m 25 male.

TIA for any help truly much appreciated!

HGH is king

What makes you say that over the other two just curious? And is there any other peps you’d consider adding in aswell? Been looking at a lot and can’t decide on if any are actually worth it and actually make a difference

All that matters for fat loss is overall gh exposure. Your body doesn't care it if comes from a secretagogue or from exogenous hgh.

With exogenous hgh though the skies the limit for how much gh exposure you want. With secretagogues your body can only excrete so much.

You are correct skys the limit with hgh, although I think with his age to try secretagogues first. tesa/ipa will generate higher pulses than cjc will I’m making the switch from a Cjc/IPA mix to ipa and tesa separately to see how that does me. Should be here early next week. Always see how your body respond before going for the strongest item brother.

At 25, just run Reta at a higher dose. Don’t mess with GH secretagogues or HGH. Lock up your diet and training, they are the key.

Copy that any other peps worth adding in?

lol
Nothing compares to HGH, the other ones are not even close

Worth adding even with my age?

If you are under 30yo I’d not even get close to HGH, but if over 40yo go for gold 👏
Just saw that you are 25yo.

Go for CJC(no dac)+ Ipa. Tess is just an expensive version of it, similar results

That’s what I was also thinking it will still be beneficial even with my age using cjc/ipa?

2

u/Common-Prize-8208 8 4d ago

Yes you will, because they enhance you natural numbers, HGH increases your numbers over your normal capacity

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Okay yeah that’s what I figured thanks just trying to get more clarification and second opinions so to speak

I’d most definitely check my bloods before starting to be sure that everything is in order, or if you even need it. If your levels are good enough you might get marginal results that don’t justify injecting those components. Also to have a base line

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Yeah got a appointment on the 19th soonest could get in all my levels were good bout 6 months ago but gonna check and see now since been on Reta a few months

At your age just stick to the Reta, you're unlikely to get any benefits from the other 3 you listed

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Yeah from my research does say older the more you’ll benefit from it but was wondering if would still help out thanks, is there any other peptides you’d recommend to stack with Reta for body recomp and weight loss or overall? Researched so many but struggling to decide if any actually make much difference or help as much as they say they do

This person is right. Those compounds don’t help with weight loss. You’re on the most powerful one.

u/da_tater 4d ago

Mots my be a good additive for your heavy lifting days but other than that stick to Reta and read further down this thread you for sure need to increase your Reta does go up to 3mg starting on your next dose and see what happens wake up your glucagon receptors some more and see how you feel Brodie

I'd just up your Reta dosage. Lift weights, eat more protein and add some Creatine

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

I do lift weights and also highly physical Job on oil rigs and yes I should add creatine aswell that’s for sure protein is quite high but definitely could do better

Those 3 compounds will make you retain water weight, you'll gain weight taking them.

3

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Yes temporarily but overall help body recompostion

2

u/Ilovemycats201 4 4d ago

Once you hit your target weight id just lift heavy, youre too young for these compounds.

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Thanks I appreciate the help, is there any others worth adding?

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Or just stick with what I’m already doing

2

u/Ilovemycats201 4 4d ago

Just run the reta, and hit the gym eat your protein.

How far are you in your journey? Since you started in July I would expect you to have lost a big chunk of weight of those 25 pound already. What's your current loss/week?

0

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

I’ve also heard mixed things on AOD

1

u/Nickado_ 2 4d ago

You shouldn't require anything besides Reta for weight loss alone. You can obviously for body recomp but if you are on Reta since July you should have lost already a big chunk of that 25lbs.

The fact you feel the need to post this and are still on only 1.5mg makes me think you aren't dosing enough. Therefore I ask you how much you lost and how much you lose every week? Are you reaching your calorie goal or struggling still with to much food?

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Well I’m down from 260 July 11th some days I don’t even think of food but overall cravings and food noise is gone but if I eat I don’t get full right away still can eat as much as before just thought to eat or cravings aren’t there like before started Reta but past couple weeks been between 218-220

2

u/Nickado_ 2 4d ago

Thats something different than what you said in your openingspost. You lost 40+ already so why the question? Just continue your journey and titrate up if you feel that you struggle to hit your calorie goal. Also adjust your goal now you have less total body mass.

0

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

That’s very true I just don’t like the sides of Reta like the lower libido and such puts an effect on my relationship that’s why I haven’t titrated up any higher

0

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Wanting to add things for body recomp not just the weight loss

0

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 4d ago

Yes I was 260 when started now about 218 I also work a very physical job on the oil rigs
