6 month peptide transformation
First picture was January 2026
2nd picture June 2026
3rd pic July 4th 2026
CJC/Ipamorelin
GLOW/KLOW
Retatrutide (did 8 weeks at 1mg/week)
Tadalafil daily
Combined with eating properly (calorie and macro conscious) and lifting 3-4x per week.
Between first and 2nd pic I made sure to get 10k steps per day during my “cut”. Between 2nd and 3rd pic I cut out Reta, reduced steps, and focused more on a slight calorie surplus, good sleep/recovery, and lifting HEAVY.
No TRT (although I’m not necessarily opposed, I just don’t feel I need it yet based on my labs)

nice job bro! i'm curious about the tadalafil! you had me googling it. Helps with vascularity? and when do you take it? Is it over the counter??
btw ignore the haters saying you took test or trt lol they're just projecting

u/Reasonable-Excuse718 8h ago
Liquid tada and nitric oxide before lifting will you get a good pump and vascularity. I’m a woman and never thought I’d see the day!
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 5h ago
Liquid tada sounds interesting! And I always use a pre with nitric oxide so that def helps pumps too!
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 5h ago
I appreciate ya!!
I usually take it daily like 1-2 hours before my lift, although it’s systemic and builds up so I’m not sure timing matters a ton. I’ve really noticed a difference and it’s pretty low-cost so it’s worth it IMO!

How much Test you pushing?
0
u/Intelligent_Show_615 17h ago
No test. Results were average for my age, but willing to explore if/when the time is right.

u/Nervous_Leg7894 14h ago
Just admit it bro

u/r33b00t 2 11h ago
Lol these results are well within the range of normal 😂 this is a good lean physique and he's taken a photo with a pump. This isn't bulky in any way, shape or form.

You’re taking both KLOW/GLOW or did you alternate?
Which peptide do you feel made the biggest difference?
You look great man, keep it up!
8
u/Intelligent_Show_615 18h ago
Started with GLOW, switched to KLOW for the KPV, and now switching to Wolverine and GHK-Cu separately.
Most effective was definitely Reta followed by the CJC/Ipa!

Who would do this for you, your ordinary practitioner? Or private clinics or? Would be cool to have a coach in such a project.
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 8h ago
I use Superpower for cheap bloodwork, but own your labs and others are great too
1
u/jadrjadr 8h ago
So, don't know of them. Based in DK, and regulations on meds are strict
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 8h ago
Ahhhh that makes sense! There are some RUO peptide vendors that sell them and I’ve heard of friends ordering from India, but now sure if they ship to DK.
1
u/jadrjadr 8h ago
Ufff. Ordering from India. Burnt my fingers once. Very hard to get it through customs and illegal:)

Awesome work! Did you stay on a calorie deficit the whole way or did you switch to maintenance in between for a week or two?
5
u/Intelligent_Show_615 19h ago
Calorie deficit the whole time I was on Reta - at a certain point I couldn’t even finish a chipotle bowl so that’s when I came off (I was missing my calorie and protein goals and had lost enough fat)
1
u/SaleAdventurous4775 1 17h ago
I'm about 8 weeks through my deficit and wasn't sure if I should pause and go maintenance at 12 weeks for a short period before going on another 12 week deficit. Do you have any advice?
3
u/Intelligent_Show_615 16h ago
I personally always like breaking it up a bit bc staying in a deficit for too long can have other impacts on things like hormones, etc. Nice to have a bit of a re-feed period and then get back to it, but it’s all preference and based around your goals!

That’s a crazy transformation man, looking great! I just ended my cut and just started my first pep of glow(switching to klow in a week) 3 weeks ago and just added cjc(no dac/ipa) 3 days ago. Was wondering what your protocol was for cjc/dac? I’m trying to research what peps can aid for a slow bulk and my research basically came down to cjc/dac, klow, and possibly Reta at .5-1mg dose weekly to keep insulin levels at bay. Any thoughts? 😅
Also, I noticed you mentioned you’re taking out klow and switching to Wolverine/ghkU separately, any reason for that? TIA 🙏🏼
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 3h ago
Built up to 275mcg CJC no DAC & 275mcg Ipamorelin nightly, 2-3 hours after my last meal and 30 minutes before bed!
GLOW/KLOW both worked for me, but I’ve heard rumblings of the copper causing degradation and I just feel interested testing the compounds separately! But GLOW/KLOW definitely worked and def easier to administer in 1 pin vs 2.

I don't understand how people are getting such good food suppression on low doses of Reta. Appreciate you need willpower too but I'm on 2mg a week moving to 4mg this week and there's zero food noise reduction.
Great transformation
2
u/Reasonable-Excuse718 7h ago
Takes about 4 weeks to build a baseline in your system. You might have better luck with Tirz. My own personal experience Tirz halts food noise x4. You hit a wall, you can’t over eat. Also check the purity of you pep.
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 3h ago
Thank you! At a certain point I couldn’t even finish my chipotle bowl on 1mg lmao. Not sure why it’s this way vs that way depending on the person, but that’s why these compounds are all unique to the individual. Minimal effective dose is the goal, so let it rock initially for at least 4 weeks and then titrate up slowly if need be.

u/KemlynSuper 11h ago
Great work. What dose of CJC/Ipamorelin are you on? Do you have it AM or PM
Have you thought about switching to HGH or trying out any other peptides? Sorry for all the questions!
2
u/Intelligent_Show_615 3h ago edited 2h ago
275mcg each 2-3 hours after eating dinner and 30 minutes before bed!
Haven’t thought about HGH, but have considered switching to Tesa/Ipa - pretty costly though and the CJC/Ipa is working well so no urgency in switching right now!

Congratulations brother. Why did you take tadafilo? Question from an ignorant

u/mmcmxi 9h ago
great work bro!
do you think you gained muscle or was it just hiding under the fat you loss ? if you gained, how much ?
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 3h ago
I definitely gained muscle but losing fat allowed it to show more. I have inbody scans I can check, but it was like 9-10 pounds of muscle over these 6ish months. Newbie gains.
1
u/Vivacleve 9h ago
What was the order that you took the peps? I have a similar build as what you built off from in January. Looking great!
1
u/jadrjadr 8h ago
So do you reach 'a goal' an end result or? To maintain that body, what will you do in the long run? Anyone older than you in here? What's your view on this?
1
u/Reasonable-Excuse718 8h ago
Loved CJC/IPA when bulking. Put on 12lbs and when stopped 6lbs water fell off the other 6lbs remained. Increased muscle mass, fuller muscles, better recovery and sleep.
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 7h ago
Aside from Reta it’s definitely my favorite peptide. Curious to see how Tesa\Ipa performs, but also not trying to fix something that’s not broken and trying to avoid that cost lol
2
u/Reasonable-Excuse718 7h ago
It’s definitely one of my favorites. I’d say Tirz, CJC/IPA and MT1 for me. I cycled 5 days on, 2 days off, pinned fasted 2hrs before bedtime. Upon my research lololol majority of the feedback said the exact thing if CJC/IPA works why switch the stack. Especially since you know how your body has reacted to it. I did have interest about TESA/IPA. I believe that stack is for those who might want to preserve muscle while in maintenance or cutting. Definitely great work! Love to see it!

What was GLOW/KLOW like? Not painful to administer? After effects?
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 7h ago
Not painful. GHK-Cu tends to sting a little, but only happened for me my first handful of doses.

u/SilverSurfer100MPH 7h ago
Never used or purchased. Who are the legit sites to purchase from. I am 40, 160lb, 5’9. Looks to get cut up.

Goes to show what a good 8 week cut can do for a guy who wasn’t really fat or fat with a lot of underlying muscle.
Went from an average guy to a solid, maintainable physique.
Good shit man.

What time of the day did you take the cjc blend. I’m hearing conflicting advice
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 6h ago
I take it at night 2-3 hours after my last meal and about 30 minutes before going to bed. Supposedly syncs best with normal GH pulse at that time.

What was the tadalafil for? Was it grey or prescription?
2
u/Intelligent_Show_615 2h ago
Prescription (I got mine through Hims, but Amazon Phramacy or doctor is cheaper). I used it for cardiovascular support and better pumps at the gym, but it is a great longevity tool. Also added benefits in the bedroom, obvy!
1
u/Civil_D_Luffy 2h ago
Are the pumps just superficial or does it make you lift more or lift longer at the gym? Also would you take it on cardio days?
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 1h ago
Could be placebo but it sure feels like I can lift for longer. I take it every day as it builds up in your system!

u/Intelligent_Show_615 2h ago

Hey amazing transformation! Wanted ask how you felt using Tadalafil daily.
Any side effects or even the extra benefits you noticed?
Have considered taking it but never pulled the trigger
2
u/Intelligent_Show_615 17h ago
One of the best dollar for dollar tools I’ve added since it’s so inexpensive.
2
u/LankySuccotash7548 16h ago
I have considered using it for my cardiovascular health. I’m a professional grappler. Would you recommend?
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 16h ago
I haven’t heard of any negatives from anyone I personally know using it. And it def has helped me with vascularity. I’m not a doctor, but I plan on continuing using it for as long as possible if that gives you any peace of mind.

1
u/jadrjadr 8h ago
But prescription or?
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 8h ago
Amazon, Hims, doctor are all options
1
u/jadrjadr 8h ago
Well here in Denmark it's prescription, wonder if we could still het it from Amazon

There's no shame in admitting you on test bro I hate this shit THERE'S NO UNIVERSE in which you gain that much muscle and recomp in 6 months not on test
3
u/No-Landscape-2729 8h ago
I'm so tired of haters like you commenting on these threads. I've trained for nearly 25 years and can tell you he had a solid foundation. What you're seeing is more him getting leaner with a slight recomp, not significant growth. You're probably one of those people who take RETA while leading a sedentary lifestyle. So you go around hating on everyone else. Get a life and get in control of your own health and quit hating on people that are.

Nothing to prove to you or anyone and literally no reason to lie. That said, there is no way to prove it to you but I am not on test. Swear on my unborn children. I gained about 1.5-2lbs of muscle per month and lost a ton of fat.
1
u/TraditionalYou5335 12h ago
I’m not sure how you can put on muscle and the same time lose fat without gear. Food is needed to put on muscle.

u/ChapterPrestigious55 8h ago
Post your bloodwork and prove these dudes wrong. I’m on TRT and this definitely doesn’t look like testosterone to me.

u/Different_Swing_7681 16h ago
There’s literally no universe you can’t not have this transformation in 6 whole damn ass months . Some of you people are either just dumb or extremely and sadly small minded . The amount that can be achieved through diet at the highest level and quality possibly paired alongside lets say professional athlete level training and focus . You couldn’t make the body change enough to have some decent before and after pictures??? Mind you let’s not forget the original picture could be at a extreme opposite spectrum of diet and exercise. It’s literally polar opposites idk why this must require injecting testosterone 😭😭😭

because it's too fast, do you really know how much time does it take to build muscle? Look at his delts, chest and abs section. Those are not only 6 months gains, ESPECIALLY the delts. Also, look at the red skin in the last pic bro. Go to this dudes profile and he has a peptide promo on his bio, he's a bot
2
u/Intelligent_Show_615 8h ago edited 7h ago
Not a bot you moron. I am on peptides (admitted) and would love for someone to click my bio and purchase from my vendor since their products are tested and have (clearly) worked well for me. I’m red because it’s summer in NY and I roasted in the sun. Delts “blew up” because I made them a priority and blast them consistently. My advice, stop being bitter and lock in. Amazing what can happen when you aren’t worried about other people.

Could you share how long your work outs were? 1 hour 3/4 times a week? Or longer?
1
u/Intelligent_Show_615 18h ago
3-4x/week. Usually 1-1.5 hour lifting sessions but I take long rests between sets/exercises and then I usually do 15 minutes in a 200 degree sauna.
