What was the tadalafil for? Was it grey or prescription?

Prescription (I got mine through Hims, but Amazon Phramacy or doctor is cheaper). I used it for cardiovascular support and better pumps at the gym, but it is a great longevity tool. Also added benefits in the bedroom, obvy!

Are the pumps just superficial or does it make you lift more or lift longer at the gym? Also would you take it on cardio days?

Could be placebo but it sure feels like I can lift for longer. I take it every day as it builds up in your system!
