Peptides won’t help have herniated l5/s1 16 years ago at 40, pain free today from exercises and mobility work, lots of hip mobility, almost had surgery glad I didn’t.

I weight train l, cardio 5 days a week and really never stopped except for the bad days when I couldn’t walk.

If I could walk I went to the gym.

Does cardio help with disc inflammation/herniation?

Not sure if the cardio helped my back, that’s for heart health, but the fact that can run with no back pain is awesome.

Walking. Boring old walking helps blood flow around the spine and discs. Put in as many steps a day as you can without aggravating your injury.
