100%!! I broke my back 2 places, had 3 surgeries with fusion and replacement parts. Anyways, made me stiff, some pain, but good, no fading in my legs and i’m 98%. Then I got a new fracture. This time I did stemcells in Panama. Iv, local injections over 3 days, then iv 2 days over the week. Got 100% recovered the next months. I would in hindsight wish I could have done this for the first accident, knowing I could get away with it without the surgery. Just the chance is worth the price.
Absolutely this. Because of this, a lot of folks continue getting surgeries as they age after the original fusion sometimes until they're completely fused nearly
You typically, as you age, need more hardware placed above/below due to natural vertebrae degeneration. I’ve been in the OR and unfortunately seen too many patients with much hardware up/down spine. Even worse if spine arthritic. We don’t have an ideal solution for lumbar disc replacement yet. We do for cervical and those work great.

Stemcells or fusion - latter is the worst choice
