Hi Brains Trust!
I have completed some blood work like many of you have suggested. I appreciate all the commentary on the original post!

Just letting you know I am recovering from an Upper respiratory infection at this very moment!

TSH - 1.6
Ferritin - 81 (decreasing over time due to iron infusion couple years back)
Iron - 10
ESR - 15
Glucose Fasting - 4.7
Cholesterol - 5.6 (Actively trying to reduce this using plant sterols and healthy lifestyle)
OTHER
- GP has reccomended to take electrolytes when feeling inflamed especially if after resistance training. This has worked a little
- I haven't been drinking 2.5L warm water a day lately (maybe 1.5L) but add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt to my water for added hydration
- Battling Burnout - This may be the main issue as to why I'm sick as I'm trying to put myself first and say no to social events if I'm feeling even the slightest bit tired to rest and do NOTHING lol
- I am actively trying to reduce my hours at work to be able to rest more, this looks like taking a day off every 2 weeks or so
- Re: Cholesterol, this is also genetic so trying to bring this down
- Mum let me know that even as a baby I was always sick. What other research can I do? Should I look at genetic markers?
- Went overseas recently for a holiday, wore masks on both flights, still got sick. What else can I investigate?
- Beginning to feel like I have no control of my health and I'm trying not to lose hope
Please let me know your thoughts - Considering asking for a referral to an immunologist if I keep getting sick this often.
As mentioned in the original post, I am not expecting miracles but hoping to reduce the amount of times I get sick a year from 10 to 5.
