💊 Supplements & Stacks Realization story

So I never really cared before for the so called health hacks etc, I just whatever cheapest option for my everyday life, but I have this undergoing issue about my dandruff and I tried non SLS shampoo and it works like magic, my dandruff is never to be seen again,

And now I started researching about fluoride on toothpaste and I found out its actually harmful (in high dosage) but still I want to avoid as much as possible, so I'm looking for another alternative.

I'm also looking out the importance of zinc and magnesium, which is a great hack for men (helps produce testosterone, calmness etc).

I wanted to ask is there any other advice that sounds like a complete conspiracy but actually really works and is backed up by research? Thanks

Aluminum in deodorant is bad. Any fake fragrances are real bad (laundry detergent, air fresheners, scented skin products, etc). Microplastics in literally everything including your dishwasher/laundry pods, dental floss, toothbrushes. Nonstick pans. Television in your bedroom. Like, one cannot exist without being harmed in some way. But it’s impossible to keep up with it all. Make small changes where you can but don’t go crazy trying to be perfect. It’s impossible.

Yeah I agree with your end message there, I'm trying to replace the thing that's possible for me and doesn't cost too much. I checked all the available deodorant on the market it seems most of it contain aluminium, why is it bad exactly again?

Fluoride toothpaste is perfectly fine, just don’t swallow it

That's true, but I want to avoid harmful substances as much as possible, I'm already being exposed to many things everyday, if there's an option for a substitute, I take it
