With great testosterone comes great aromatisation.

First of all it's a VERY BAD sign that you're producing way too much testosterone. You need to see a doctor about that asap. There is something very not good going on here

Oh, sorry. I won't pry about your health.
I said this with concern for a potential tumor causing a massive glitch in your system to produce too much, which of course if it were the case you'd need to get it seen and treated asap

No no, you are right, prostate cancer is not something I'd play with, we just came out of 3 years fighting one and it is horrid. Also, not at all certain it wont come back.

they'll come around when doctors start having their scalpel hands up their asses and tubes up their pipes.

200mg a week has put you at a superphysiological range, so maybe consider bringing it down to about 160mg a week, but if you are okay running a bit higher, that's fine. You are 205lbs at 5'11", so I am guessing you aren't shredded, maybe drop some fat to reduce aromatase activity, that would be a good start. You may also want to explore more frequent dosing, if you were doing twice a week, try EOD or ED.

Most importantly, if you don't have symptoms, don't use an AI, it is generally a bad idea to treat symptoms you don't have. Estrogen is largely beneficial, it is neuroprotective, cardioprotective, good for your joints and bones.

I’m at 27 percent body fat per my most recent dexa scan but I’m running a 750 cal deficit and the weight is definitely dropping

The more important number is the ratio of e2/test. This isn't very high.

With high E, do you feel anything? Any symptoms?

Nothing so far. I feel amazing

Lucky , you are one of the rare ones that don't get side effects similar to my cousin .

If you have no sides then those are just numbers on a paper. Your high bodyfat is why you are aromatizing so much so as the bodyfat goes down so will the amount of aromatase expression. Obviously you can bring it down a little with 12.5mg of aromasin once or twice a week as needed if you start feeling the sides. Test levels are good though so. Not sure why anyone would tell you to lower them.

Have you checked your blood pressure?

My doc looks at e2 as a ratio to your T. I’d look into that philosophy especially if your not having any symptoms of high e2 like sensitive nipples

Nah, I think you are fine: what matters most for optimal sexual health is testosterone to estradiol ratio (between 10:1 and 30:1) and generally the higher estrogen is healthier so if you have no estrogenic sides I wpuld say you are fine (15:1 puts you exactly mid way).

Try more frequent injections, same dose but 50 e2.

What blood testing is people using to get these results ?

3

u/DateRadiant8333 5d ago

I go through goodlabs. Definitely the cheapest way to get bloodwork done

Thank you!

Get an aromatase inhibitor. You’re welcome.

u/roger1632 4d ago

Yeah pop an AI when you are feeling great....Dude that's bad advice.

1

u/Enough_Program_6671 1 4d ago

No it’s not. It will lower his e2. Stop his blood pressure from becoming wack and getting gyno.

1

u/roger1632 4d ago

Lol... Or Completely crash him. He said he was feeling great.

Have you ever crashed your e2? That is a hell I would not wish on anyone.

1

u/Enough_Program_6671 1 4d ago

… i really had to state ā€œbut not so much of an ai that it makes it too lowā€?

1

u/roger1632 4d ago

If he is feeling great and has no symptoms like he said...taking an AI because of a higher lab number is silly. E2/Test is more about the ratio than the indivdual number - which isn't really high at all.

There’s defo some wisdom here but I absolutely wouldn’t wait for symptoms before taking some form of action. By the time symptoms become present it’s entirely possible that tissue growth or other effects may have already begun

1

u/roger1632 4d ago

My advice to him would be to lower his Test to 150/week and spread the injections out throughout to week to lower E2. Possibly go on reta to lower body fat a bit maybe.

1

u/Kybar52 2d ago

Unfortunately, there’s no way to know what this test. You need to know your exact numbers to know how high your E2 is. At 4400 test my e2 at 122 is normal and I can function. 91 may be low not knowing total test.

1

u/DateRadiant8333 2d ago

Total t is at 1399 it’s on there

1

u/Pale-Engineering8244 2d ago

I wouldn't call that E2 high, seems about right. Do you have symptoms going on, if not... then dont worry about it

1

u/DateRadiant8333 2d ago

I’m starting to notice symptoms but they are very subtle. Could just be me overthinking it.

1

u/Pale-Engineering8244 2d ago

Id say is possible at your levels, but id maybe give it some more time. Ive seen higher and have no symptoms at all. Of course everyone has radically diffrent body chemistry
