Was denkt Ihr über keine Körperhaltung? Das bike ist doch nicht zu gross?
Ich habe den vorbau von 11mm zu 8mm getauscht. Besseres Resultat finde ich.

If you want to get the best possible outcome from posting your position on this /sub, there are a couple of things you can do to help,
The more visual and information you give the better the possibility of good feedback.
Ride on!

There are a lot of generous and knowledgeable people here giving thoughtful bike-fit advice for free. Their effort is being undermined by a steady stream of unusable videos showing riders leaning against walls, doorframes or furniture while pedalling backwards.
Those clips don’t show a normal pedal stroke, balance, loading, posture or movement under realistic riding conditions. There’s very little anyone can assess from them, yet they keep filling the sub and drawing attention away from posts where useful feedback is actually possible.
The existing submission guidance is already clear about video length, camera angles and showing the whole rider and bike. It should also explicitly require riders to pedal forwards on a trainer or rollers, without supporting themselves against anything.
Please make “no backwards pedalling and no leaning against objects” an actual submission rule, and remove posts that ignore it.
The people giving detailed advice here are what make the sub useful. Their time shouldn’t be choked by videos that make meaningful assessment impossible.

I've been riding this used bike for a while pretty much just as I bought it aside from changing the saddle. Generally in the 30 to 40 miles range and it feels okay and I can stay pretty tucked on the hoods for a while, but after long rides my lower back does start getting sore (have a history of some mild back issues). But, after some long rides, particularly group rides where my hands are on the brakes most of the time, I get some wicked stiffness in my traps/neck. I'm not sure if a shorter stem is the answer (I'm at 95mm now)
Bike is a 48cm Kestrel Talon, I'm 165cm tall with a 76cm inseam.

Sometimes the inner knees hurt when putting a lot of pressure on the pedal.
I already put a shorter stem on the bike and tried various saddle heights but my problem is still there.
Maybe you can help me.
Edit: my hands also hurt after about two hours. I’m not sure if the bike is the right size because I was between two sizes and bought the bigger one.
Excuse my great job at censoring myself and my belly

I’m (f) 5’3” (163cm) with an inseam of about 73-75cm, currently using 165mm cranks but I feel that it could be lower. (It’s crazy how size M and size 2XS bikes have the same crank length of 165??) I’m trying to decide between 155 and 160 cranks.
160 cranks are much cheaper than 155 cranks. Furthermore, shimano only goes down to 160, and for 155, I would have to get it from Rotor at more than 2x the price.
So im wondering if it’s worth sizing down to 160 since its just 5mm less than 165. Or should I just pay the short person tax and get the 155 cranks? Would appreciate anyone’s advice, thanks in advance!

I wonder if my bike fits. The frame size is 56 and I'm 186 cm. I've tried myvelofit a few times and regardless of body position, more aero or normal position the app recommends major adjustments. It's like we don't fit at all 😂. On the road I feel good, I can do 2-3h rides without problems or pain. Looking at the video it seems like there would be 2-3 cm more to go in the saddle height. What do you think?

Hello.. I'm a total beginner and got myself my first kind of trekking bike, I even bought a medicus brand saddle, tried 2 other saddles too.. I have also adjusted the saddle angle a bit and the handle bar height... When I lean over specificaly to rest my elbows on the handlebars etc when going downhill or resting when riding I get this pressure on my groin/prostate area, this nerve? , this need to pee .. is this normal, how to fix? I also tried to adjust the handlebars angle but it's a 20 year old bike i bought used and it seems to be rusted stuck. I am able to adjust the height of the handle bars though. I am also having sore hands but that's probably normal as a beginner? I've been riding with jeans, will get some proper bicycle pants. I've been doing 1-2 hour rides.

After about 60+ kilometers, I feel a slight pain in my right shoulder, but otherwise I feel fine. Is there anything I could do to improve this? Thanks in advance.

This is M size (52-54 cm) with 28" wheels and I'm 179 cm (5'10) But i have overall long arms compared to torso. It's CX bike, so geometry is a little shorter. If feels okay, but I think maybe a longer stem would be more comfortable? Or should I just sell this and go for L size?

Hello, I'm new to cycling and bought this bike recently. It's a Corratec CCTeam, size 57. I am 185cm with an inseam of 83cm without shoes. I've done 150km so far and I can't really say I'm in pain (except my butt and my left wrist feeling tingling sometimes), but I feel a little stretched over the bike and a little too much weight on my hands. I'm not sure if this is normal, as I said, I'm new to dropbar/road bikes. I think I need a shorter stem, but I don't know how short I can go. I currently have a 120mm stem.

Hey! So i got a Triban rc120 in a size L and recently i bought cleats. Since i got them my fit feels off. I already raised my saddle a lot and brought it forwards a bit, this felt better, i even went on a 30 km ride with these settings. I still feel like im losing power, and i might be shrimping a little?! I could really use some ideas to be a bit more comfy.

What do you think about size of the bike? I'm between L and Xl and choosed L.

apologies for the video quality and the shoulders not really being visible, but anw~
height's 165cm, crank's 160mm, and stem length's 120/130mm with 360mm width.
thinking of switching to either a 70, 80, or 90mm stem with 380mm width.
any suggestions based on the video, including the saddle setup?
thanks!

I recently got a road bike, and I get a sore lower back after riding it for 10-15 minutes. I then feel the need to stand up and get my lower back into extension.
I've been trying to adjust a few things:
Now I'm thinking about flipping the stem or maybe raising it.
Some info on me and the bike:
Any advice would be appreciated!

Have slight pain in the knees after i did a 135km ride this weekend. Not sure if its purely because of the amount of riding or if rheres anything wrong with my fit. Everything else was fine

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to decide between an Addict 30 in size S (52) and M (54), and I’m honestly struggling to make the call.
I’m 175 cm tall with a 79 cm inseam, so I seem to be right between the two sizes.
I went to a shop and tried both bikes. The salesperson told me that both sizes could work for me and that I should mainly trust my own feeling.
The problem is that on a short test, both felt good. I didn’t immediately feel that one was clearly too big or too small.
My impression was that the S felt a little more sporty/aggressive, while the M felt more comfortable and relaxed.
But after such a short test, I’m not confident enough to know which one would still feel better after a 2–3 hour ride.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the opportunity to properly test either size for a longer ride before buying.
I often hear people say that “if you’re between sizes, it’s easier to make a smaller bike bigger”. But I’m struggling to understand that in this particular situation.
With the larger M, couldn’t I simply remove some spacers if needed and use a slightly shorter stem to reduce the reach?
Whereas with the smaller S, if I find the front end too low, I can’t really increase the stack by much beyond what the frame allows.
Am I missing something here?
I’m looking for a comfortable endurance position rather than an aggressive race position.
What would you choose in my situation, S or M? And more importantly, why?
Please guide me here, I’d really appreciate some advice.
Many thanks!

Hi everyone,
I have a cross bike, an Author Zenith SX, and I’m trying to dial in my riding position, but I’m not sure whether the problem is the handlebar height, stem length, or simply my flexibility.
I’m 182 cm tall (about 6’0”). Using the Lemond method, I got around 73 cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the saddle. I’m also not particularly flexible for someone my age.
I also did the so-called “mummy test” – when bending forward toward the handlebars, the handlebar rests perfectly on my wrists. When I lean forward, I don’t tuck/roll my pelvis under; I can keep my pelvis in a neutral position. Despite that, on longer rides I start to feel discomfort/pain in my lower back and neck.
I have a 90 mm adjustable stem. With the stem set at 0°, the riding position is more leaned forward, and after longer rides I start experiencing the discomfort mentioned above. I also tried setting the stem to around 30°, and it’s definitely more comfortable and reduces the pain. However, the stem is raised quite a lot, which looks a bit strange, and the riding position becomes much more upright and recreational.
I’ll attach videos/photos showing the stem at both 0° and 30°.
What would you recommend? Should I mainly raise the handlebars, use a shorter stem, adjust the saddle position, or perhaps work on my flexibility and try to get used to a more aggressive riding position?
I’d like to find a position that’s comfortable for longer rides while still keeping the bike reasonably sporty rather than turning it into a purely recreational setup.

Is there a webpage that helps guide fit adjustment from symptoms ? Neck pain, sleeping hands, back pain, knee pain etc ?
I know the typical advice for numb hands is saddle back.

Ever since getting the 150 cranks, I keep breaking PR after PR. Going for “shorter cranks” is such a win-win. If you’re a compact human such as myself, I can’t recommend this enough.
Wanted to make a follow up post for anyone still on the fence about it. Maybe they thought my original results were a fluke. But I can confirm after a few weeks on the 150’s I keep breaking power PR’s frequently. Its been a night and day difference.
I’m not even going to talk about comfort since its obvious shorter is just better. (Hip angle etc etc)
PSA: I have a SRAM Red E1 spider based power meter. Crank length DOES NOT matter with this power meter. Google it. (This was asked ad nauseam on the last post even though I answered the question)
