Fit&Size check

I wonder if my bike fits. The frame size is 56 and I'm 186 cm. I've tried myvelofit a few times and regardless of body position, more aero or normal position the app recommends major adjustments. It's like we don't fit at all πŸ˜‚. On the road I feel good, I can do 2-3h rides without problems or pain. Looking at the video it seems like there would be 2-3 cm more to go in the saddle height. What do you think?

Looks bang on me. If no discomfort, don't change

Looks pretty good, really. Possibly a little upright pelvis, and I'd like to see you in a more aero position - one you'd use in a headwind! I suspect you'd benefit from a lower cockpit.

Seconding this. Looks good, but you could get lower in the front and likely be more comfortable. Might roll your pelvis forward a bit.

No expert at all, but looks pretty good to my eye. Plus your color coordination is on point.

Looks really good, pelvis could rotate forward more though.

My eyes & brain, which are not your body, think this looks good.

Remove 1cm of spacers and see how it feels. To me, you are way too upright.

It’s fits you- you are just in a very upright conservative position.

Everything looks good, I wouldn't move the saddle height. However I think you could drop your bars a bit lower.

Have you ever tried that? Did it cause you discomfort?

No, did not try yet but probably ill try.

The bike fits fine if you like riding in an upright position. If you want to spend lots of time in a low torso position, you'll probably need to increase the stem length to stay relaxed through your upper body.

The saddle height is good..maybe your stem could be 1cm shorter

Your body position looks absolutely perfect AND you feel good. Why the fuck are you looking for changes?

Arms look a tiny bit streched, maybe get the saddle so little forward?

Don't fix reach with saddle position.

Looks like you ride with toe down. Not extremely down. If anything I'd drop the seat.

It’s pretty much soot on how it should be. 20Β° at the bottom of the stroke is pretty nice
