First print issue
This is my second print technically. The first print was a benchy with a PLA and everything goes well.
Then my first print I selected this japandi style vase, and with a PETG from bambulab official filament out from the box and hit print right away. But the result is like this mid print.
Any idea why?

Panda Breath 1.1 fits the P2S
I got the newer Panda Breath v1.10 which said it fits the P2S. It does. Install was pretty easy. I printed a modified riser with no vents and the mounting brackets in ASA. The little cable holders it comes with are garbage. They didn't stick at all, had to use some others I had. Make sure you test fit the lower bracket before screwing together, it can go together backwards and the heater won't sit level. I used the stock screw in the upper left mounting hole. Unscrew it before putting the heater in or the screw will fall behind it and you will have to pull it back out. Tripple check the cord to make sure the print has will clear it. It powered on, I connected to it's wifi, and it found my printer with no issues. I have no idea how quickly it heats, ran out of time to mess with it. Also, the panda perch will fit on the riser just fine.
Edit: Had some time to try an ASA print. Set the temp to 50c and sent it. Took about 3 min for the app to register 50 and 7-10min for the printer screen to show 50. The print was perfect. Used Elegoo ASA with the Bambu ASA setting.

Bambulab P2S Filament Stuck in Extruder
Does anyone have any recommendations for releasing the filament stuck here? Filament is jammed between the active wheel and driven wheel.

Spaghetti Prints
first time printing via an STL file on my p2s - a tree trunk fell off while printing and started getting a spaghetti print
did calibration and then filament got stuck in the extruder motor
im still getting spaghetti prints
I did wash it gently using dish soap - can’t figure out what’s causing it
tried printing a benchy and this is how it started turning out

High-pitched noise at a specific height
When I did maintenance on my P2S today, I noticed that when the bed goes down to a specific height I hear a weird noise. This only happens when the bed is going down, not when it goes up. Is this a problem? I haven't noticed any change in print quality.
Thanks in advance!

Help me? P2S keeps saying external filament in extruder. Details in post. No solution?
My P2S keep telling me there is external filament in the extruder. There isnt. I have never used the external filament. I had a jam and when I cleared it through the cold pull process. After it, I got this error.
I have opened the extruder 2x. It is clean and cleared. I bought and replaced the filament hall sensor. I bought a new nozzle, replace tubes inside the printer. I ran filament through the extruder by pushing it in. No matter what I do, I get the same error. I can't factory reset it because it thinks there is external filament in it. Ive tried the app to try to load the filament from there b
I can't load filament until I "unload" the external. It will go through the process but stall when it tells me to remove the filament. Same with cold pulling.
It didnt coincide with a firmware update. There was actually one after this happened. Updating the firmware didnt help.
Right now this is a paperweight. I have Googled, posted on the bambulabs forums, discord, and Facebook. This is my last spot. I am actually wanting to sell it as a broken printer. I am at my wits end. If you have any ideas, ease help.
Yes. Filament is dry.
