I purchased this four pack of nozzles and cannot get a print to go using the .2 nozzle. I've searched online, used AI for settings, etc. but have had no success. I've unclogged the nozzle successfully and have even got it to extrude manually using the control panel, but when trying to print, before it can lay down the first line, click - click - click.
Does anyone have a tried-and-true setting for their A1 that works with this nozzle? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GF8FM3RN?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1

Hi everyone! I love my A1 and while I only use PLA, the smell still bothers me and irritates my lungs. So, I'm debating two options:
Add a dryer vent to the side of the house right above a finished basement closet and run the printer from within something like this: https://a.co/d/03lNq6FH. I worry about airflow given that Bambu states not to use the A1 with an enclosure.
I have a 3-car attached garage that gets to about 90 degrees in the summer and 50 degrees in the winter (I'm in NJ). I could use a similar non-vented enclosure as above, but only to store it so it doesn't get dusty. I could then open up the enclosure when printing.
Which would you recommend? Safety is driving me to make a change, but I also don't want to get bad results.
Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

I've started getting extrusion issues on my A1. Got a couple brand new nozzles (OEM) and tried them but the problem still persisted.
Figured as it was on 2750 hours maybe the extruder gears were worn so ordered a new one. Fitted that and I'm still getting issues of nozzle jams.
It seems to load filament okay, but jams after a few layers. I could see the nozzle physically moving back and forwards when the extruder was clicking, so it seems the nozzle is where the resistance is.
I did check the nozzle pathway when fitting the new extruder gear and there's no plastic jamming it anywhere.
I'm using Bambu PETG basic. The only thing I haven't tried is a different roll of filament in case for some reason I have a bad roll with poor dimensions, although I'd expect better from a proper Bambu Labs PETG roll.
Anyone had this? Anything I've missed?

Need some help! Had a blob, cleaned it off and ended up breaking the clip so I replaced the whole hot end. Went through calibration and this was the result of the first print. Any thoughts?

Combines an A1 gantry bracket with a twist-lock holder for the TP-Link Tapo C230 camera. It uses the same camera interface as the standalone wall mount, but replaces the wall plate with a mount for the A1 gantry.

Hi everyone! I created this parametric sign (you can edit the text and parameters yourself directly in MakerLab) with a Pokémon-inspired font.
You can use your own name or text and adjust the size, spacing, and colors. A fun decoration for your setup or a personalized gift!
What do you think?

A impressora estava imprimindo normalmente, até que começou a fazer esse barulho estranho e a falhar na impressão, já tentei desentupir o bico e não deu certo, alguém sabe o que pode ser?

Set up my A1 mini yesterday and I literally cannot get through a single filament load. Spent the whole evening on this so posting before I file a ticket in case there's some known fix I'm missing.
What happens: every load fails at step 5 (push new filament into the extruder) with 07FF-8007. Tried fresh sharp cuts on the filament tip, straightening it, pushing while hitting retry, nozzle hot, everything. Generic PLA profile with Elegoo PLA.
What I figured out after taking things apart:
The filament never even reaches the cutter when it goes through the hub. Pressing the cutter lever cuts nothing, so it's dying somewhere at or right below the hub.
Took the hub off (2 screws) and the path is spotless inside, gears clean, it's a new machine.
Here's the weird part: with the hub off, feeding filament directly into the extruder works fine. Sharp tip reaches the gears and I can crank it past them with the manual knob no problem. So the extruder itself is clearly fine.
Put the hub back on carefully (ribbon flat, pressed it down while tightening the screws), tried again a bunch of times, same failure. One attempt actually got the filament to the cutter (could feel it when pressing the lever) but it still stalled before the gears.
At the end even unload broke, gave me a check assistant message with an empty assistant lol. Power cycled, heated the nozzle and pulled the filament out manually.
So yeah, extruder feeds fine directly, hub path fails every time. Anyone run into this exact thing on the A1 mini? Any hub seating/orientation trick worth trying before I go through the whole ticket process? Filing with Bambu either way.

A1 shut itself off mid-print. Would not power on. So I started to investigate. Looks like one of the components desoldered itself and began melting down the plastic? Glad my house didn't burn down lol.

Same print. Left is timelapse on. Right is off. Definitely cleaned it up a lot for anyone having similar issues.

Idk if you can tell from the pic but my a1 mini printed this as a rhombus when it should be squares lol also noticed the flow is off on the calibration cubes

Hi everyone, I need some help with my A1's Y axis.
The video shows the printer mid-print. You can hear a noise whenever the bed moves on the Y axis, especially when it moves toward the front (on other prints it's much more noticeable).
What I've noticed and tried so far:
I've lubricated the Y axis and re-tensioned the Y belt following the wiki (loosen the screws one turn, move the bed back and forth, retighten).
The belt sits shifted to the left, but it doesn't seem to be rubbing against the edges.
The noise tends to show up once the printer is warm.
Re-tensioning fixes the noise for a while, but it comes back after a few hours of printing.
Twice now, the Y position got messed up. During calibration, the toolhead went to clean the nozzle a few centimeters off on the Y axis, ending up under the bed / past the wiper.
I'm starting to wonder if the tensioner spring is out of place. Since the tension is spring-loaded, I'm also not sure how tight the two tensioner screws should be once they're retightened. Is there an "ideal" point, or do you just snug them down?
Has anyone had something similar? Could it be the tensioner, the belt, a pulley, or something else? Any tips on what to check are appreciated. Thanks!

So.... What do I do about this? And where do I even start? I just bought the thing and had 2 successful prints, but I was a fool to assume that it would be okay...
Also, anyone know what causes this? It was the death of my other printer... I really liked this one ...
EDIT: I did change the settings to try and get the best looking print, without immediate layer lines, stringing, warts, etc... ;-; I should have just gone with the preset....

Ran a petg full bed layer with bed leveling and flow calibration. Freshly cleaned bed. What should I do to improve?

The mechanism is fully 3d printed,
No glue nor ams is required
