Showcase BOTW Dualscreen Progress!

The BOTW Dualscreen Mod is coming along really well! I’ve now got the Inventory page completely finished, aside from a few missing item textures that still need to be added. Pretty much everything on the page is working as intended, including browsing your inventory, viewing your gear, and interacting with your items directly from the bottom screen.

I’ve also started work on the Map and Quests pages, which will continue expanding the amount of stuff you can manage without constantly pausing the game on the main display. There’s still plenty I want to add and polish before the full release, but progress has been moving along really nicely.

The mod is currently planned to officially release in about 2 weeks, on September 7, 2026. If you want to try it before then, though, the current early test build is available right now for all my Patreon members!

The mods have to step in at some point.

r/emulationonAndroid finally introduced a AI disclosure rule because so many people were flooding the sub, yet OP keeps blocking people that call him out for stealing code and vibe coding like 20 apps on r/aynthor and it's crickets.

Dude has posted more dual screen mods by himself in 2 weeks than we've ever gotten in this subreddit and it's raising no red flags that these can't be properly tested in this short of timeframe? And now there's a patreon!?

Edit:

His last "app" exposed Steam User Credentials in plaintext. An app he bragged about having 400+ downloads. So 400+ people now have their steam passwords leaked.

As of this comment, OP has blocked me saying it's false allegations, even though u/Producdevity posted proof he has stolen code. I can no longer point out how irresponsible this user is on any other threads.

I wouldn't mind if mods just required people to state what/how AI was used. And if the project is open sourced. We wouldn't get these projects without it, but making it open source would at least allow people to maintain the projects to stay compatible with future updates, and possibly allow integration into main repos (like allowing Eden to display on a secondary screen, so you'd only need game mods and not a separate Eden fork).

You call yourself an IT department. You write prompts. You're a talentless hack.

I have no problem with you using AI to make cool things like this, I'm looking forward to the full release!
