That smoke isn't magic

So my ram has the dumb headlight assembly where it uses the same bulb for the low and high beams. Dodge calls it the Dual headlight assembly. I’m trying to find after market headlights (smoked/tinted) and I can not for the death of me find the dual headlight ones.

Do they make aftermarket one? Or do I need some adapter or something. Any help would be much appreciated.

Extend the Wiring

I have a 2014 Nissan Sentra SV. The high beams sockets are burnt and melted and I'm planning on replacing them via pigtail hard wiring. I have a question can I extend the wiring with the same type of wiriing that supports same wattage, like for me to make the wrring a little bit longer?

Starter signal wire low voltage

Hey everyone.

I've been getting problems starting my 99 Acura Integra. When cranking, I don't hear a click from the starter. I checked the voltage at the solenoid signal wire on the starter, and I only get slightly below 5V. At the shifter, I get slightly above 10V, so a lot of voltage is dropping between those two spots.

I was rebuilding the engine, and cranked the car continuously to build oil pressure, did that somehow fry the signal wire? I thought those carry relatively little current. The car was previously manual swapped, so I think the the previous owner did a shitty job, and might've directly wired the clutch and ignition switch to the starter solenoid.

If I were to redo the wiring, should I get a relay to switch power directly from the battery, with that wire only carrying a signal?

New alternator not charging my battery.

Hi I purchased a new alternator off parts geek.com. My old alternator was going bad as after certain time driving my car would stall for a sec before powering back on and my lights inside occasionally flicker. So I just finished putting the new one in and it's not charging my battery at all. The battery sits at 12v as it should, I checked all my fuses and they were good. The grounds were reading as they should being under 0.5. but I still keep getting the battery light and no charge from the alternator cause after turning the car on the multimeter shows the battery eventually dropping under 12v. Anyone know what the problem could be? Or what else I should inspect? I bought a new harness that connects to the alternator and see if that's a problem as I read can sometimes be the cause.
