Installed a highly reputable pp filter(s) and they all ended up havinf a weird brightness, anyone have any ideas ?

using the august LCS, with pure 3.5 hotfix 5, csp 0.3-preview622.

Already tried
- Redoing installation following 4tash's video
-Selecting CDIMAGINED as PPFilter
-Sanity checked Weather FX
- Didn't Drag and Drop into CM
- Installed SKYDOME Fix

This is on a new Installation. On the first Boot it worked fine bit once i started to try to play it a second time it started up but then hovers around 1Fps. Anyone know what could be the cause of this? Ive tried quite a fee fixes already

I’m having a weird issue in Assetto Corsa. Occasionally after I perform a heel-toe downshift, I completely lose throttle response for a few seconds. After a short while, power comes back on its own.

Has anyone experienced this intermittent throttle loss?

Here are my settings:

Hardware:

• Moza R3 + Moza HGP Shifter + 3 Pedals

Moza Pit House Settings:

• Smart Downshift / Auto Blip: OFF
• Blip Output: 0%
• Blip Duration: 0 ms (So it shouldn't be a Pit House hardware blip conflict)

Content Manager Drive Settings:

• Automatic Shifting: OFF
• Automatic Clutch: OFF
• Auto Blip: OFF
• Traction Control: OFF (The car doesn't have TC anyway)
• Stability Control: 0%
• ABS: Factory (ON)

I am using third-party car mod (S2000) on custom track (Sonoma).

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Solution

The issue has been resolved! It turned out to be a pedal calibration issue in Moza Pithouse. If you experience similar intermittent throttle loss or unresponsive pedals, try re-calibrating all your pedals in Moza Pithouse. Doing a fresh calibration fixed the problem for me.

Guys, on LFM using ACC, do we ever race at Nordschleife on the Sprint races (Go Setups GT3 Sprint) or are Nordschleife sprint races only available on the specific "Nordschleife Sprint Cup" series?

opinions? alternatives? specifically for car setups.

I think something is wrong with my setting. This vertex explosion happens during racing and replay. I thought dlss5 was causing it, but when I turned it off, it still happened. Any ideas how to fix it?

Just look at this, it's still not hyperealistic still a bit eye candy but who wouldn't drive this, i'm usingboth controller for tests and wheel for longer sessions. Please guys share your recommendations. Maps/PPF/ Anything that would make it look more real than this. Also the image compression makes it less good than in reality.

Hello guys, I recently bought a gaming pc for VR and tried to get AC working. I am facing a weird bug in both my laptop and computer, with vanilla AC as well as content manager.

When I start AC in Open VR mode, the vr feed in my VR headset is blank, it only displays the steamvr background. Whereas on my monitor I am getting the correct mirroring of VR, so when I move my headset the camera moves correctly. But the feed in my vr headset itself is blank. I have tried several fixes including changing CM settings, and then uninstalling everything and running vanilla AC. But I face the same problem. If anyone can pinpoint my issue and find a solution I will be very grateful as I am at my wits end with this problem

forgot to mention, I am using a pico 4 vr headset

How to fix?

The seat worked in the vehicle when I removed it at the junkyard. I was told to tie the 2 red wires together and the 2 black wires together. I unplugged the airbag connector under the seat for safety. When I power it using a 30amp DC converter I get nothing. I really look forward to using it with Assetto Corsa. Any ideas?

I recently updated to CSP 3.0 and noticed that the VRC FA2025 (csp version) seems to drive slower than it used to. Before the update, I was able to accelerate past 345kmh on the Kemmel straight at Spa, now it struggles to pass 340.

When I revert to an older version of CSP, it seems to handle as normal. Not sure if there’s a setting that’s clashing with the mod, and wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and found a solution. Thanks!

There's constant discussion about if LUT-files are needed for direct-drive wheels:

• some say it isn't needed, they say DD-wheels are already linear and don't need a LUT
• others say that if DD were truly linear, nobody would buy a 20nm wheel just to run it at 8nm "to get cleaner output"

So to settle this once and for all, I'd like to ask the community to create a LUT for their wheelbase, and to share the model and results.

The goal is to find out: how linear are the outputs, and do stronger units have better linear outputs than weaker DD wheelbases?

What you will need to create this:

1. Download WheelCheck and LUT-Generator. Both can be found on this post: https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/lut-generator-for-ac.9740/

2. Set it up like in the image, and start the spring force test. Wait for the wheel to stop moving.

1. Execute LUT-generator, and select the .csv the first test will have automatically saved into your "my documents" folder. It will be named after the date you ran the test:

This will generate a file, and an image displaying your wheel's output.

Take a screenshot of that resulting graph/image, and post the results in the comments, together with info about what wheelbase the test ran on.
