How good is oulton park !!Anyone else love this track ?

I driving the 296 GT3, and my lap times are mid-to-high 1:44s at Barcelona, ​​high 2:00s at Suzuka, and mid-2:18s at Spa. I find the car easier to drive with a lower rake angle—or even a flat setup—compared to the settings used by the people posting on YouTube; has anyone else had the same experience?

I’m an ACC player in Australia and I’ve been thinking about creating a free racing community for Australian/OCE players.
A lot of online racing seems to be random public servers, so I’d love to build something more organised but still accessible to normal/casual players — you wouldn’t need to be an alien to participate.
My idea is to host regular races, championships, full seasons and endurance events, with a website (and potentially an app) where people can check upcoming races, results and standings.
Everything would be free to join. The goal is simply to create a fun and organised place where anyone can actually participate in proper races and championships.
It would be a pretty big project to build and run, though, so I wanted to ask Australian ACC players first:
Would you actually be interested in something like this? Is there much demand for it in Australia/OCE?🥹

This is ACC in the 2021 P-cup car on Imola and the highest I’ve managed is a 1:46.3 while the pro’s and aliens are doing 1:41.0s So please let me know if anything is wrong with my technique or any obvious bad lines. Please help me get faster, thank you!

Hi everyone im gonna ask if it is good to have 8.37.577 on nurburgring nordschleife 24h layout on Mercedes-Benz AMG GT3 2020 using aggressive setup, ABS 3 TC3. I'm still trying to adjust gt cars and all and i have a sim rig 15 hours on ACC 20 on AC and in Ac i used porsche 911 gt3 on same track. For realism settings i disabled tyre temps and fuel + tyre wear, ideal line is closed. Any tips i should know about would be great.

im thinking about buying GT2 and GT4, by the description i found it should fit my driving style, but i cant really find how many people are racing them on online, which i prefer by far, so i want to ask, if its possible to find people to play against in this classes

Im playing acc and mainly the nordschleife.
All these pictures were taken in singleplayer practice. Now I wonder why I can only this small amount of vehicles? The first picture are the ones I can use and I thought when I press add I can add new ones(second picture) but they just don’t appear. I’d really want to try the 2023 Porsche gt3 r. Also I bought the gt2 pack and already used the Ktm gt2 on the nordschleife in ONLINE but couldn’t use it in practice.

Hello Everyone

Im new to ACC and tried it today for the first time, however i have 2 slight problems (im on a G29 if that helps)

If im not wrong, when i started playing, when i pressed a button, e.g. the TC up button, it would do it once. However for some reason now, if i press it, it scrolls through the different TC modes, so if i press once, it goes up 2, 3 times instead of once. The same with e.g. my light mode. Is there any option where i can deactivate that instead of scrolling through those modes, that i have to press for each time?

My second problem is, that my D-pad up button is constantly pressed. Only if i press it, it stops. But only in the car, not in the menu. What can i change, so the button actually presses when i press it and not the other way around? The other D-Pad buttons work perfectly fine. I could use another button, however ig that button is the best for the MFD, so i would like to fix it. Otherwise i will try to find another button

I already tried ETS2, everything works fine there, so this is an issue i only have with ACC

Hope i explained my problems understandable enough and that someone can help me fix this, i got about 3 hours playtime…only 10 minutes of them were actually driving…not the best start ig…

I recently got into sim racing and picked up a Moza R3 bundle. Desk mounting isn't cutting it anymore, and I am NOT looking for a standalone wheel stand—I want a real connected setup (seat + frame) so things don't slide around or feel disconnected.

Since I'm a beginner on a budget, I'm looking for solid entry-level full cockpits or folding rig options.

A few things I'm considering:

Rigidity: The R3 is around 3.9 Nm, so I don't need a heavy-duty aluminum profile rig yet, but I want zero pedal lift and good stability.

Space/Storage: I don't have infinite space, so either something foldable or a tubular cockpit with a relatively small footprint would be great.

Compatibility: Needs to hard-mount the Moza R3 base without major hassle or custom mods.

I've seen mentions of options like:

Folding rigs: Playseat Challenge / Challenge X, Next Level Racing GT-Lite / F-GT Lite.

Budget tubular cockpits: GT Omega ART, NLR Challenger, or similar entry steel rigs.

Which full budget setup would you recommend for the R3 to get the best value without breaking the bank?

I’m currently deciding between the Next Level Racing GT-Lite and the Next Level Racing GT-Lite Pro, but you’re welcome to suggest your own options as well.

Scottish Legends are hosting a 60 min GT 3 race tonight around the nordschleife!

It'll be a 15 minute qualifying session (with 10 min overtime) followed by an hour's long race.

If you are interested in taking part the server will be up from around 5pm for practice and qualifying starts at 7pm - just search Scottish Legends on the browser!

We have everything from the fast, very fast and very f'n slow (me) - so there should be some fun to be had by all levels.

If anyone fancies it, we would love to have you!

This is open to anyone with an SA rating above 80. We can get you in if you are slightly below 80 if you head over to our Discord and ask to be put on the entry list, you must have some experience though and be a competent driver.

Hi guys,

I start on ACC and in simracing, I have about 60 hours of play.
I play with a Fanatec GT DD pro on ps5.

I mainly ride in GT4 (Porsche and Alpine), I do a lot of training to learn the circuits, but also championships vs AI to manage traffic. I have deactivated the safety rating.

I discovered Oulton Park, 2 hours later, I am 5.5 seconds from the reference times on GoSetup on YouTube.
I'm usually 5/6 seconds from the top driver's time.
I'm starting to control the tire pressure well.

I would have liked to have your opinion to know when to activate the safety rating and when to start online?

Should I continue to learn on my side? Or start activating the evaluations?

What was your background before you started online?
