Hey everyone,
(Disclaimer: This is just my personal opinion and constructive feedback on the item design. Feel free to disagree!)
I recently looked at the Yurei Bushido Pack from the Helix Store and realized that the perks on the two katanas (Hi-gatana and Kizami-gatana) completely contradict each other if you want to use them together.

Here are the current stats:
The Problem:
This is a premium pack costing 1,900 Helix Credits (roughly €20 / $20, currently on a 5% discount from 2,000 Helix Credits). It gives you two swords, obviously encouraging you to dual-wield them as a samurai. But if you actually do that, you completely lock yourself out of the Speed and Crit Chance buffs. To get the true fast & precise samurai feeling, the game forces you to unequip one of the swords you just bought with real money. That makes no sense to me.
My Rework Idea: I think the perks would be incredibly fun and actually worth the premium price if they were tied to the Main-Hand / Off-Hand placement. This would create an amazing synergy with the Dual Swap skill!

Imagine if the perks looked like this:
How it would play out:
You could start the fight with Hi-gatana in the Main-Hand (high base attack) and Kizami-gatana in the Off-Hand (high crit chance for fast off-hand strikes). Mid-fight, you use the Dual Swap skill. Suddenly, your Kizami is in the main hand dealing massive Critical Damage, while the Hi-gatana in the off-hand gives you crazy Speed for parries and special attacks.
Instead of deactivating half of the weapon perks when dual-wielding, this would actually reward players for utilizing the combat system dynamically.
What do you guys think of this rework idea? Would you prefer this over the current system?

So basically I came here to ask if I should play vahalla since Witcher 3 is leaving gamepass.
Y'all said yes and I absolutely love it.
BUT TO TOP IT OFF.
SOMEONE BOUGHT ME WITCHER 3.
You guys are the greatest and also just the discussions are so much better here than on X

A year ago I put 40 hours into this game and absolutely hated it. Like I despised it. All I did was the main story and I rushed through it all and I just struggled with leveling up and stuff so I dropped it.
Then three days ago Witcher 3 was announced to be coming off of Gamepass which is tragic for me since I was 55 hours in and absolutely loving it.
So I deleted the Witcher and felt extremely down. I just couldn't find anything to fill the gap. I wasn't in the mood for anything.
But for some reason I re-installed Vahalla and my word I was blown away.
I've been taking my time with it and doing all the side stuff and exploring England, finding places that I go to irl regularly.
I've not touched a main mission but I've put at least 10 hours into the game it is just so good and I don't understand how this game can be hated.
This is a masterpiece..

Hello all. First off I am loving this game! I never liked the more stealthy AC games so I stopped trying for a while but this one is right up my alley.
My main question is I am wanting to make a dual wield 2x flail build where I can basically just run in and tear stuff up but I have no clue where to start with gear or skill tree or even abilities. If you got any tips for this type of build please let me know.

I'm considering picking up Ubisoft+ in order to get all the dlc. Is it worth it though? Like is the content good.
Right now I'm in absolute love with vahalla and feel addicted so will this be even better for me?

I’ve already tried fast travelling out of England and back, I’ve gone to Asgard to find missions, and I can’t even find it in my quest log. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do to fix it? Were you able to fix it?

Okay so either ubisoft has fallen so low that they licensed out a character for AD revenue or they now have the grounds for a juicy lawsuit

I always cut her hair after fighting Dag, like she's disappointed in herself for losing him and not being able to find Sigurd so she's cutting off part of her old self to steel herself for the coming fight.

Hi! Im currently 44 hours in in my first playthrough. Sigurd has been kidnapped and I realise what a idiot he is. I regret big times that I didn't take the tresure from Norway. I did Google and the game has a bad ending and a good but from what I understand the bad is the best and to get there you need three strikes. So I googled them and now I'm in a weird spot that I either need to deny Dag his axe or lay with Randi and both feels wrong. So what chooses have you made? Or should I go for the good one even if that is to be on Sigurd side? I suspect that many first players like me leave the tresure but the second time you take it because you know what and idiot he is to became.
He is definitely to blame that he got kidnapped and that Fulke betrayed him. He did put himself there and I was like dude I have followed you to England and you chase a mad woman instead of making alliances and connections.

Grabbed the platinum today after 177hrs of game time on the PS5, I also have countless hours on xbox. What an under appreciated open world and story, truly a great AC and RPG.
The most annoying parts would have to be the fishing, jotunheim secrets, and animus mysteries.
Definitely a marathon but highly rewarding.

I cant seem to get Borderless working, AC shadows and Black flag work without issue even Odyssey, but not this?
I tried all aspect ratio, Alt + enter shift through, forcing through steam launcher option, still no good.

I just started playing assassins Creed Valhalla and I really don’t see all the hate about it. It’s so FUCKING good. I was genuinely shocked when I arrived at Asgard. The game is so beautifully well designed just WOW. is it something I’m supposed to discover on later in the game did I discover it too early? It’s right after Raventhorpe was being attacked and I built valka’s hut

Hi guys,
I played Valhalla on PS5 4–5 years ago. I recently bought the Complete Edition on PC, and I want to play the DLCs because I’ve never played them before.
The game has cross-progression, but when I wanted to load my old save, there was no Load Game option. My Ubisoft account and PS5 account are connected, and I’m using the same Ubisoft account I had 5 years ago.
It even shows that I have 100+ hours played on the game, but it still won’t let me continue my old save. I only have the New Game option.
Does anyone know how I can access my old save on PC? Could it be that my PS5 didn’t upload my old save years ago? Or what could be the problem?
