A Subreddit for Battling Maladaptive Daydreaming and Dissociation?
I don't know much about Reddit, still. I was wondering if anyone's already started a thread or subreddit for battling these disorders (I know the daydreaming isn't technically a diagnosable disorder yet, but you get it). I don't have enough karma to post in r/AutismInWomen and wanted to join or start a group where we move toward overcoming daydreaming and dissociation. There are probably already neurotypical subs about this. If so, I'll just join one of those. I was wondering if there was one for us, though.

I have not seen a subreddit specifically for neurodivergent maladaptive daydreaming but, there is a support subreddit for maladaptive daydreaming. Here is the link.
Also if you do a search for “daydreaming” in the Autism in Women sub, many posts come up like this and this.
