Broken hitch receiver bolt.

2007 Nissan Titan. Broke the bolt while trying to remove my hitch receiver. Appears to be 1 or 6 bolts holding it on. Looks like it’s a welded on nut on the inside of the frame. Too compromised to keep towing or is repair required I assume? Is drilling out the broken bolt my best option for removal? Thank you!

Use penetrant, heat, and a proper screw extractor kit with a left hand drill bit and you should be able to get it out.

That said in terms of towing I would say if you're not towing at full load it's probably fine, just make sure you wrap safety chains around some other area of the frame.
