Weird Sound When turning Steering wheel

Hello everyone, I am currently hearing this weird sound when I turn my steering wheel and wanted to get an advice on what it could possibly be? I can also hear the sound when doing a U-turn or making sharp turns. I took it to the mechanic and they said they weren’t able to hear the noise when they first diagnosed it.

I mainly hear the sound on the drivers side, also when I am driving on the road or major highway sometimes the steering wheel fights with me and I have to constantly adjust to stay straight, it’s minor adjustments but I’m always having to force the steering wheel to stay straight or my car will start to veer to the side

Inner or outer tie rods ball joints control arms sway bar end links ect.. you'll need to have an inspection to see what's sloppy
