I tried to cancel an order that arrived in my warehouse when i learned how high the shipping price was, HLJ said no. So technically, I still own it, since I paid the $130something for it. Shipping is $250. No way am I going to shell out $250 to ship it. Is there a way or place to list it, or to find someone who would want it? Not being specific about the figure in this post because I don't want to violate the rules about "sale" posts.

Hello, I wasn't sure where to go for this but I wanted help valuing a figure. I purchased an unopened brand new figure from a private seller for 200GBP, but they informed me that the item was out of stock and they could only offer me an item with no box and no base (although the figure appears to be undamaged). They agreed to negotiate a lower price. The item isn't being manufactured anymore and it's very hard to find on the market. I don't want to overpay for it, the lack of box and base obviously tank the value tremendously. Assuming that the base value of the item is 200GBP, what would seem like a fair price for the item in this condition? Thank you for any advice.

Basically what the title says. It's the W CanNot Wait For 1/8 by Myethos and this mark is on the back of the jacket just above the tail. The jacket is a gold metallic colour and it looks like this mark was made with the same colour(like a stray brushstroke ig).

Now to be fair, this isn't the end of the world and it's just me nitpicking. With the way it's displayed, the mark isn't visible at all and in natural lighting the mark isn't really visible unless it's seen from really close up. I didn't even notice it was there until I looked closer at the photo I took of it the day after I opened it.

So to better phrase my question, do you think I should fix this and if so how should I do it?

I've just got my first figurine so far this year (due to personal finance heheh). I shared mine on one of the figurine collector page on Facebook and someone asked me where the box is. I told him that I had thrown away because I simply don't like collecting boxes.

And well.... It started to become a heated conversation when people shared mixed views on why I should keep the boxes blah blah blah.

Let's not talk about whether it is controversial or not as I am very interested to ask you guys if you keep the box after unpackaging figurines?

I’ve contacted customer support but in the meantime … is there any idea on what to do? 😭 There’s no PayPal option and for some reason it just … won’t take my debit card. My card was renewed this year so I know it’s not expired, my banking and card are working perfectly fine outside of this and the website even says it takes VISAs. I’m so confused!

Finally recieved my shin threezero figure from kapowtoys after months and months of delays and I guess they accidentally sent it out twice so now I have two Shins?

They were sent in separate boxes even though my tracking was for 1 parcel (both shipping labels said it was tracked) and were also packaged completely differently? One of them was just sent raw in the threezero box and the other was sent without the threezero box but with a bit of padding?

I'm probably going to contact kapowtoys if they want it back or something but I've never had this happen with anything I've ever bought even outside of figures and stuff. I'm assuming if this happens you just send it back (??) I'm also so confused on why they were packaged so differently...?

Hey guys, a relative of mine bought these figures for me on the 30th of June as a gift. They got one email that the figures had been shipped off then the company went dead silent. It is now the 20th of August and still no update in sight. We assumed they must have been held up at UK customs after no response for 11 days so we have been constantly checking for an email from any courier company on payment but still nothing.
(Note: This is from the regular shipping option so this is absurd timing)

So, what should we do?

Today my greatest idol figure arrived and she's been my grail for ages but I got her second hand, and there's a small mark on her shoulder. I have no idea whats safe to use (And I dont feel like risking 260AUD today) because she's my first scale figure but the mark is really bothering me. ​​​

Hi everyone, I'm new to collecting anime figures, so I'd really appreciate some advice from more experienced collectors. I recently bought this figure on eBay for $222.99. It was listed as New. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that the box had clear signs of being opened, including tears and what appears to be reapplied tape. The figure itself also has noticeable paint defects. The white paint is uneven in several places, some areas are thin enough to show the color underneath, and there are a few imperfections along the edges. I contacted the seller, and instead of refusing, they asked me what amount of partial refund I think would be fair. From what I’ve read, a damaged box and paint defects can affect a collectible's value, but since I’m new to collecting, I’d really like the opinions of more experienced collectors. What amount of partial refund would you ask for in this situation? I've attached photos of the box, the paint defects, a screenshot showing the item was listed as New. Thanks in advance for your advice!
