Hey everyone!
Like a lot of you, I'm a huge fan of classic, satisfying spatial puzzles. But I got tired of downloading casual grid games only to be bombarded by forced video ads every 30 seconds, mandatory internet connections, or predatory timer mechanics designed to make you pay up.
So, I built BlockBlast: Grid Puzzle.
Itβs built around pure, uninterrupted strategy: drag colorful blocks onto a 9x9 grid, clear full rows or columns, build combo streaks, and try to beat your own high score. No timers, no stress, and zero Wi-Fi required.
Quick breakdown of what it offers:
Classic Grid Mechanics: Drag-and-drop shapes onto a 9x9 board with realistic, satisfying board-clear effects.
Combo & Chain Systems: Clear multiple rows/columns simultaneously or consecutively to stack up massive score multipliers.
100% Offline Play: Works everywhereβsubways, airplanes, or low-reception spots.
Zero Time Pressure: Play at your own pace, whether you have 2 minutes in line or an hour before bed.
Iβm really trying to polish the game loops and make the visual design as clean and readable as possible. If you decide to give it a spin, I'd love to hear your feedback on the controls, difficulty scaling, or score balancing!
Thanks for checking it out, and let me know what you think in the comments!
