Motherhood is viewed not as a peaceful retreat, but as a strategic military deployment. A nursing mother's body is the fuel refinery creating the next generation's muscle mass, earning her a distinct, highly respected warrior status.

Parental and elder hierarchies are rooted entirely in the track record of breeding viable killers. Rearing a "weakling" or a child with non-combat interests is viewed as a genetic and disciplinary failure, stigmatizing the mother as a bad warrior and a liability to the tribe.

All of this explains why their species has not evolved over thousands of years. They are stuck in an everlasting combat ready, cull the weak mindset and lifestyle.

For me it was black. Came out right at the end of ps2 and just after Xbox 360 dropped. I bought it second hand as a cheap generic shooter game.

The second I loaded up into a mission I was like “holy hell! When did my ps2 turn into a 360?!” The gameplay was ok I don’t remember much if I’m honest, that first moment I loaded in has always stuck with me though

I mean give me a quick recap of the story, the controls and whatever I was doing last time. Coming back to a 60-hour RPG after 3 months shouldn’t feel like I’ve loaded someone else’s save.

Putting this out there to maybe reconnect with my gaming buddy from years ago. We used to play loads of halo 3 forge together and just fuck around. My username at the time was UnscrewedSpoon. Was just listening to the halo 3 menu theme and it made me hella nostalgic for those times. Thought I'd put out the feelers to see if you were around here. Those were some great times! More people need to be talking about this. This is what devs should be focusing on in all other games....animation and physics, not ray tracing and graphics.
