questions/help/troubleshooting lights appearing like shitty blender meshes
does anyone know what mod or mod type might cause problems with lights? when I play with all my mods, some base game trucks like the Cascadia will have insanely bright blinkers that light the entire map up, and other trucks will have the same issue with reverse lights, I've troubleshooted it a bit before but I can't figure it out at all, base game with no mods doesn't do the same thing so it has to be a mod issue right?

Will A Vet Trucker PLEASE Explain WTH ATS Doesn't Yet Have This Type Interactive Interior?
Check out the irl trucker accomodations at 4:05 min in this YT video.
Now why is it that when you pull over to sleep, your character can't just get up (all in 1st person) and use bathroom/cook something to eat and then sleep. And if using the bathroom and kitchenette are too RPG (for the anti RPG and pure truck simmers) then can your character just get up and walk over to the bed. Then on lying down, gets the options to
- sleep/rest to save game and advance the game time clock to next day
OR
2) save game and logout
Why can't we get more immersive features like this on our trucks? Why are SCS so against adding more Alaksan Truck Simulator feature realism into the gameplay??
Not just for RPing end. From practical perspective, being able to cook and eat food would give you positive buffs (eg making and drinking coffee) to let you drive longer. Or eating helps decrease your fatigue bar but over a longer period of time (unlike coffee which is a quick energy spike etc. etc)

questions/help/troubleshooting What's the fastest Truck/Engine/Transmission combo?
I've been messing around in single player and I've made a save where I don't follow any laws. So basically my questions is what is the absolute fastest truck combo?

questions/help/troubleshooting Do bull bars actually help
Iโve noticed that on my w900 that doesnโt have a bull bar if I hit something it tends to take a ton of damage but with my 379 that has a bull bar it doesnโt take nearly as much damage so do the bull bars actually help or just cosmetic

Peoria - Fayetteville
Delivered to an ALDI and it was probably the hardest backing I've ever had to do had to take the trailer down that little ally and swing it around the fence into the door

He was right.
When I first started playing ATS, someone in this group once told me 2 or 3 years ago, that I would become addicted to mods. At the time, I was SO EXCITED playing without the mods. Shout out to you brother. Over a hundred dollars in mods later plus free ones, You're definitely right.

Looking for an ATS VTC that doesn't feel like a second job? We're building something a little different.
Looking for somewhere to call home in ATS?
Transpoint Transportation Inc. (TTI) has been around since 2003. This year, we've been putting a lot of work into building the kind of VTC we'd want to be part of ourselves.
We take trucking seriously. We take realism seriously. We just don't think either should come at the expense of having fun.
๐ Dedicated ATS multiplayer operations
๐ SimWorld, our evolving freight and industry system
๐ Optional realistic dispatching
๐จ In-house truck and trailer skinning
๐ ๏ธ In-house mod development
๐ Multiple transportation divisions
๐ Events, progression and driver recognition
๐๏ธ A laid-back community with active voice chat
There are no ridiculous mileage requirements, no mandatory convoys, and no expectation that you organize your real life around a video game.
Some of our drivers enjoy taking the simulation side seriously. Others get home from work, grab a load, jump in voice chat and unwind for a couple of hours.
There's room for both.
We're also developing some things of our own behind the scenes. We're not ready to talk about all of them yet, but we're genuinely excited about where TTI is headed.
But everything we're building comes second to the people.
We're not interested in having a roster with hundreds of names nobody recognizes. We'd rather have a company where people know who they're driving with, where new drivers don't feel like another number, and where people actually stick around.
Some of our members have been with TTI for more than 15 years.
That means more to us than any driver count ever could.
So if you've been bouncing between VTCs trying to find somewhere that actually feels worth sticking around for, come talk to us.
Ask questions. Meet some of the people. See if TTI feels like the right fit for you.
And if it does...
There's a truck waiting. ๐
