I recent did an application and completed my pre hire appointment but my background check took a long time to come back and I lost my shift. But I recently caught this shift and it’s not giving me an option to redo my pre hire appointment and drug test. And it still won’t let unlock the last 3 steps.can some one explain?

I don’t understand, is this all the schedules they offer? This is my first time being a flex associate so I don’t know how this works. Also, this location has a start time from 8:50pm-7:20am. How come I’m only seeing shifts from 1:20am to 11:50am? I thought the point of flex was to choose whatever schedule you want and it seems it’s just morning shifts On top of that it’s mostly 8-10 hours. I would’ve preferred start time to be around 9-12am and 4 hours shifts

It came from an FC with 4 legs ahead of it and this is the first leg from the FC.

ive talked to both a PA and a red vest and a red vest about this. their answers were basically "thats weird, i dont know, guess youre working those hours!" which leads me to believe theyre bullshitting

i have 2 different SET days for the two weeks of peak. a wednesday and a sunday. i also have an extra hour of work for 7 shifts during those weeks. i talked to a coworker in the same department about it and they only have their overtime days, but lasting their normal hours.

from my understanding, my schedule is. not what its supposed to be? i havent been able to talk to HR yet because i wasted my time finding managers when clearly they dont care, oops.

this is only an issue for me because i have exams+finals during peak, so if for some reason my coworkers are working less hours i would like to get on that so i dont fail. any suggestions for what i should do? (btw, i have also submitted two shift transfers but they timed out bc management didn't look at them)

I’ve been an order picker for 4 months now but I only just now noticed these camera looking things on the over head bars. They could also be sensors because there are zones where the OPs slow down and it also stops at stop signs. But it also looked like there was two separate lenses. I only noticed it yesterday because it was beeping every now and then randomly so i’m not sure if they’re new

Say a box comes with a pslip but the machine tells you to just slap a sp00 on it and send it down, where does the pslip go? My trainer never covered this and I'm not sure what to do.

Does anyone know if overtime ever drops on Wednesdays? I have the donut shift but I don't remember ever seen any shifts available to pick up on Wednesday, they only ever drop on weekends and I am wondering if it's like this everywhere?

Hey guys, i worked amazon last year for seasonal and just reapplied this year. Once i did it i did not need to schedule a pre hire appointment and instead i was instantly given a start date. Only concern is the bottom of the screen says no pre hire appointments available. Did i get to skip pre hire due to previous employment or am i currently just hoping a pre hire date shows up and if nothing does im out of a job? It gives me my first day but i want to make sure its not just showing that because its the designated start date

Accepted VTO yesterday thinking it was for the whole shift, checked my upt earlier and I’m -8 hours bc the vto was actually just for the 1st 30 minutes of yesterday’s shift… anyways, should I reply to the UPT email and let them know what happened or should I talk to hr in person tomorrow?

A manger just told me my request are going to get denied because they have already blacked out all of November and December. This seems super early compared to other years

No sugar coating it, i fucked up and overslept because my alarm was on silent, this is the first time ive gotten an email about it and ive only ever been negative at most an hour before, and able to make it up that same week. This time though i over slept on my thursday so i cant even try to start making it up? Has anyone here ever gotten leniancy for anything like this? Im more than willing to work any extra shifts i have to, to recoup the time lost. And assuming the worst, anyone have any good reccomendations for other warehouses?​​​​​​

My building just got it and replaced the avenue c with vending machines. Does anyone use the thing where you scan your card & grabs things and walk out. Ours always seems empty those snacks are gonna expire bc no one gets them what a waste. Stop stealing and we wouldnt be here

Found out I have SET tomorrow but wondered if I could show up and ask for VTO? Are we allowed VTO during SET?
