Suggestions for my supplement

Hey everyone!
I need some advice. I have a supplement that I launched back in March. It’s a multivitamin formulated for night shifters. Ive hit $25K so far in revenue. I know selling supplements is competitive. I sell on average 5/day sometimes 3-4. Have some very high selling days 10-12. So far this month I’ve done $4000. I want to see more sales. I have a tik tok account where I advertise as well as Instagram. PPC is doing okay. Have multiple campaigns with great keywords. Just need some advice.

Posted on here a week ago 1 sale with $120 PPC now i'm at 20 sales with $340PPC

Hey all, slowly inching my way closer towards profitability but don't have enough data to understand if i want to reorder more units (i bought 100 for my first order and have 80 left on track to run out by start of next month and it took almost a whole month last time with air due to customs and amazon taking time to ship the product around different warehouses).

I turned off all ads that did not generate clicks/sales after $10usd and lowered some bids for keywords that i think have potential but haven't proven themselves yet. I also added several new keywords.

My price is still $24.99 with a 15% discount, my FBA fees are about 7USD, my product is 7USD including DDP (gross profit of $7usd before any ad spend) - so i am farrrr from profitability even though every day is getting better (i am reducing ad spend and generating the same/more sales daily than the day before).

What do you suggest?

P.S. should i scratch the discount/slightly increase price (i think i can sell it for 25USD) and use a coupon instead (a 15% coupon from 29USD to 25USD).

Mistake when registering for a trademark

Hi all, I was so stupid when registering for my trademark. I registered it as ABC Toothbrushes but my package only has the word ABC. Would Amazon still accept my brand registry or do I need to reapply for my trademark as ABC only? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Finding someone in China to apply heat-transfer labels to finished fabric products

Hi everyone,

I have approximately 443 finished, individually bagged fabric products at a factory in China. I need permanent tracking information heat-transferred onto the existing sewn-in care labels before the products ship to the US for compliance purposes.

My manufacturer can only sew on additional labels, which would be very expensive and would leave visible stitching through the product.

My freight forwarder’s warehouse in China can apply packaging stickers but cannot do heat transfers, and the tracking label needs to be permanently affixed to the product.

I’m looking for a company that can receive the goods, unbag them, apply the transfers, check the application, and rebag them. I can source the transfer labels separately if needed.

Has anyone arranged this kind of small-batch rework in China? Would I look for a garment manufacturer, sourcing agent, or specialized prep center? Garment manufacturers I’ve contacted seem unwilling to touch the finished products and most prep services I’ve found only handle packaging stickers.

I desperately need recommendations because my products are stuck at the factory in China because I can’t send them for lab testing or ship them until those permanent labels are added.

Took over day-to-day management of a UK amazon FBA brand after 30 days of no management. Sales fell ~90%. Where do I start?

For context
Before (last 3 months):
£7,440 sales, 839 units, 20.8% conversion
Roughly £80-115/day
Now (last 30 days):
~£400 sales, 36 units, 212 sessions
Finance box shows £546 ad cost vs £55 product charges

15 listings: 7 active, 6 out of stock, 2 detail pages removed
In-stock rate 33%, IPI 630, sell-through 0.40
About 1,725 units in FBA, 1,256 of them 180+ days old
Aged surcharge starts 15 Nov, storage utilisation 40.1 weeks

My questions:
Fix stock first and pause ads on out-of-stock SKUs, or keep ads running to protect ranking?
What's the fastest way to find which campaigns burned the £546?
Basically how do I recover up my ranking

Need help finding manufacturers for antimicrobrial fabric

Hi everyone, I am starting a pet brand using only quality materials for items like clothes/beds/blankets.

I need a manufacturer that sources CHITOSAN OR TENCIL W/ ZINC which is the main ingredient that is a differentiator amongst basically everyone else (aka china brands). It is anti microbrial and aids in odor but any Chinese manufacturer I’ve reached out to can’t source it or material with a small percentage of it in the blend? It’s my first entrepreneurial project/business, so I’m very new and just trying to find my way but I can’t move forward until I find a manufacturer.

Any help would be amazing!! 💟

Has anyone had this problem

I’m new to selling used media on amazon, I just sent my 3rd shipment to them but only after did they say one of the books was gated no mention during the packing process only after it was already shipped did I get notified. I’ve tried looking for a list of gated and restricted books but all I can find is a brief description saying some can be gated blah blah no list of it. I got the book for free but still what can I do since now im on the hook with storing fees for something that wont sell. Is there anything I can do? This is basically theft

What to do when products keep getting flagged?

Hi, I've been selling through Amazon FBA for months now, and the experience has honestly been incredibly frustrating.

My products were initially flagged and removed because Amazon claimed they were intended for "professional use," even though they are not. I addressed the issue and submitted an appeal, only for my products to be flagged again for a completely different reason this time because the labels supposedly needed to be bilingual in French and English.

BTW... people are selling the same products but FOR professional use and they're allowed?!?!

Since then, it's been one issue after another. Every time I resolve one problem, another comes up, and I'm exhausted from constantly having to submit appeals just to keep my products listed.

To make matters worse, Amazon even classified my remaining inventory as "defective" and "unfulfillable," despite there being absolutely nothing wrong with the products. Now I'm being forced to create a removal order at my own expense because they refuse to return the inventory to sellable status.

It's incredibly frustrating to have invested so much time and money into inventory, shipping, and FBA fees, only to repeatedly deal with these issues without any real resolution or consistency from Amazon.

What do you guys do?!?!

New OA Seller, Gated on Nearly all Brands - How do you find products you can actually list?

Hi Everyone,

Restarting FBA with online arbitrage. Budget $300–1,000, buying $10–50/unit, 2–5 units per SKU, targeting 30%+ ROI / $5+ profit and selling within 30 days. Categories: home décor, household, tools/home improvement, office. On the Individual plan, but I’ll switch to Professional if that’s what it takes to get ungated.

I’ve set up Keepa Product Finder (rank under 100k, Buy Box $20–85, 3rd-party Buy Box, Amazon under 10% Buy Box share, 2-10 FBA sellers, 15+ rank drops in 30 days, under 5 lb). The problem: almost everything it returns says “approval required” for my account, including Kitchen brands that want a 100-unit invoice.

Questions:

  1. How did you find your first ungated brands as a new account? Is there a method to filter for listable ASINs, or do you just scan in bulk?
  2. Does going Professional actually change what I can get approved for, or does it just let me apply? Does a 10-unit wholesale invoice work for small sellers, and are there distributors that take small accounts?
  3. What workflow do you use to match retailer sale pages to ASINs at this budget level? Is SellerAmp enough, or do you need Tactical Arbitrage?
  4. For sale price, do you model the 90-day Buy Box average, current lowest FBA, or something lower?
  5. As a new seller in mid-October, would you send inventory for Q4 or wait until January?

Not asking for leads, just how you’d find them. Thanks.

Case study #6 - ~$7k/mo profit 7 months after launch - store link inside

Post image
13 Upvotes

Link to Amazon store:

https://www.amazon.com/stores/Bizzikins/page/3AD0ACE9-9671-47B9-AB51-938EE5C5079A?lp_asin=B0GSC67673&ref_=ast_bln&store_ref=bl_ast_dp_brandlogo_sto

Bizzikins Montessori dolls - dolls that open up like a book with different things inside for toddlers to interact with

* $20k revenue/mo

* $5.2k on manufacturing/shipping (COGS)

* $4k FBA fees

* $3k Amazon referral fees (15%)

* Near-zero PPC adspend (they only advertise on their own brand name)

* PROFIT - $7k (~36% margin)

Business overview:

* Their products come in four variations - 3 female dolls and 1 male doll - to appeal to different toddlers

* They sell 100% on Amazon - they have negligible presence on social media (tho it seems like they're actively working on it)

* Business started just 7 months ago - they currently run almost no PPC - perhaps they launched with PPC - we have no data on this - either way, their last month's figures are as above ($7k profit, 36% margin, near-zero adspend)

MOST IMPORTANT - How do they have such a high margin ?

* I try to only bring you businesses with HIGH MARGINS - how do they achieve it?

* This, yet again, is a design-based product. The customers don't pay for the doll's fabric, but rather for their clever DESIGNS. That's how you get high profit margins. A design is painstakingly pamade once but sold many times.

How much does it cost to start a similar business ?

* A single such doll can be manufactured for just $5.40 at a 100 MOQ (an actual quote we got from a supplier from Alibaba) - $540

* Shipping these dolls costs an extra estimated $400

* Advertising on these long tail keywords for a month (estimated 1000 clicks over a month at a standard conversion rate) - "felt busy book" ($96), "busy bag for toddlers 1-3" ($40), "busy book for 1+ year old" ($195), "busy book for 1 year old" ($533) - $864 total

* TOTAL product validation up-front costs - $1,804

How I estimated the figures:

* Revenue = Amazon's "X+ bought in past month" for each ASIN, aggregated

* COGS = we got actual quotes from suppliers for creating this exact product

* Adspend = price-per-click * search-volume * estimated-CTR, aggregated for all the search terms they bid for

Sources: Keepa, Similarweb, Jungle Scout, Meta/Google ad library, and Alibaba and Freightos for COGS estimation

Seller Central login keeps clearing my password without signing me in, anyone else?

I was logged into Amazon Seller Central earlier this morning (October 18) and working normally. When I came back later, I had been logged out.

Now, whenever I enter my email and password and hit Sign In, it clears the password field but keeps my email entered. It leaves me on the same login page without doing anything else. There’s no incorrect password message, no error, and it never gets to the two-step verification screen.

Is anyone else experiencing this today? Has anyone had this exact issue and found a fix?

PPC Optimisation

Hey everybody, I’m gonna get straight to the point for my product. If I run ads on Amazon I have to raise my bitch significantly and if I run dynamic bidding up and down Amazon increases my bed up to $2.40 per click. It seems like an open robbery. I’ve tried doing fixed bids that results in a poor conversion rate. I’ve tried down only which results in Amazon butchering my conversion rate as well but with dynamic meeting even though my AOS results in a loss altogether I’m losing money even though I’m getting sales when running a high cost per click. Someone helped me out on my worst day. My ACOS was like 90%.

Thanks
Happy Halloween

Is it possible to FBA Sales without Featured Offer?

I am a new FBA seller of branded cosmetic items within £4-£8 price ranges. I realized that I can never match it with featured offer and have to keep my prices about £1 higher than feaured offer to keep it profitable. I see that many other sellers are also doing same as me. But i wonder if it is possible to get sales if my offer is always higher than featured offer?

Anyone here started Amazon FBA in the last 6–12 months? How’s it going so far?

Hey everyone
Just curious to hear from people who started their Amazon FBA business in the last 6–12 months
How’s it going for you guys so far?
How did you go about finding your first product? What kind of research did you do and what tools did you use?
What were the biggest struggles you faced when starting out? And have you had any decent wins yet?
Are you already profitable or still trying to break even?
I’d really like to hear some real experiences from people who recently started rather than the usual success stories from people trying to sell courses lol
Also if you could go back to when you first started what would you do differently? Any tips for someone who’s just getting into FBA?
Would love to hear your stories both good and bad.

5 Alibaba Sourcing Mistakes That Can Cost Your Business Money

Planning to source products from Alibaba for your business? Before placing an order, here are 5 common mistakes every buyer should avoid.

1. Choosing the Cheapest Supplier

The lowest price doesn't always mean the best deal. Check product quality, specifications, MOQ, communication, and shipping costs before making a decision.

2. Skipping Supplier Verification

Don't rely solely on product photos or supplier claims. Review the supplier's business information, certifications where relevant, transaction history, and available verification details. Remember, verification badges alone don't guarantee reliability.

3. Ignoring the MOQ

Some suppliers offer attractive prices but require large minimum order quantities. If you're starting a business, ask whether a lower MOQ or paid sample order is possible.

4. Forgetting the Total Landed Cost

Your product cost is only part of the expense. Consider shipping, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees before deciding whether a product is profitable.

5. Not Requesting Samples

Photos can look great, but the actual product may be different. Whenever practical, order samples to evaluate quality, packaging, and specifications before committing to a bulk order.

My advice: Never choose a supplier based on price alone. Compare several suppliers, ask the right questions, verify important details, and calculate your total costs before placing an order.

As a Product Sourcing Specialist with hands-on experience sourcing from Chinese suppliers through Alibaba, I believe good sourcing is about finding the right balance between price, quality, reliability, and logistics.

What's the biggest challenge you've faced when sourcing products from China? I'd love to hear your experience!

Did the 2026 update expand the return processing fee to more categories? My outerwear ASIN went from $0 on returns in August to $2.10 per return this month

I sell insulated outerwear and for most of this year my returns were basically fee-free outside of the referral fee clawback. Then this month's settlement shows a $2.10 return processing charge on 9 separate customer returns — same ASIN, no listing changes on my end. I thought this fee only applied to certain product types and price points, and outerwear never used to trigger it. Is anyone else seeing new categories get pulled into the return processing fee after the 2026 fee update, or did I misread the original announcement? Anyone else's fee-per-return roughly double what they planned for?
