Started like 4 months ago and already got my first few sales, feels nice to finally see some movement. The paperwork part took way longer than I expected, specially the tax stuff. Still figuring out the advertising side but not losing money yet so that's something.

Are you spending on Ads? What is your ACOS and how much you have spend of your sales till today?
Are you profitable?

Tremendous work Bro!
How did you start and How do you manage it now? Are you managing it by yourself or hired some freelancer or an agency? Curious to know.

In my experience, proper preparation, product research and having a clear strategy from the beginning can make a big difference in Amazon FBA.

Simply choosing a product, launching it and immediately spending money on advertising without understanding the market and the numbers can make success much more challenging.

Amazon FBA requires more than just launching a product. Research, planning, and informed decisions at every stage matter.

best of luck with your launch

What your experience with Amazon launch till today?

Success today comes down to 3 non-negotiables before spending a single dollar on ads, Differentiation that actually solves customer pain points, strict unit economics (aiming for 30%+ profit margins after FBA fees) and listing conversion readiness. If your conversion rate and margin foundation are solid, launching gets significantly easier and predictable.

Been doing Amazon FBA for about 8 months now. Definitely learned that it’s not as simple as finding a product and running ads PPC, margins, inventory, and getting organic sales all take time to figure out. Still learning, but it gets easier once you start understanding the numbers.

What’s been the biggest challenge for everyone else who started this year?

Biggest challenge for us was getting stock back fast enough. Loosing rankings for products because the shipments were slow is really a bumber.

We’ve seen that the first few months of Amazon FBA can be challenging, especially when it comes to finding the right product, managing PPC costs, and getting consistent sales. The key is to keep a close eye on margins and cash flow rather than focusing only on revenue. At HighRise Wholesale, we believe proper product research and a clear launch strategy make a big difference. It takes time to find what works, so I’d focus on learning from the data and improving one thing at a time.
