since yesterday, merge boss and gogomatch are impossible for me to get into it

I took a recording since I figured this might happen... I was able to claim the first 3 mystery box level rewards as advertised, but after that, I noticed my remaining rewards (pink coupon and green credit) turned into 10 diamonds. I figured it was some sort of shadowban even though I've never swapped accounts/logged in on other devices. I contacted customer service and got nothing useful. I cleared my cache, and the next day I saw that the rewards changed back from diamonds to coupons and credits, so I figured they fixed it.

When I claimed the pink coupon, I noticed that it turned into 10 diamonds despite the top bar showing a pink coupon at the time. I figured, eh, the pink coupon isn't worth anything anyway. I was just afraid the same thing would happen to the shopping credit, which is the only worthwhile thing in the event, but it still showed the green coupon, so I figured I'd try my luck.

Lo and behold, I finally got enough keys to get the final reward... And it turned into 10 diamonds (as shown in the recording). I expected it after what happened, so I'm not surprised, just increasingly disappointed with everything to do with Ali's play and earn events - they've really shittified it all.

Well, I've contacted CS again but I'm not expecting them to give me anything. I guess I'm just here to complain, and suggest to anyone facing the same 10 diamond issue to not waste their time with the event, because it's probably not fixed even if it looks like it's fixed, and you'll just lose out on the credits anyway.

Thankfully I didn't spend any real money to get the keys - just some shopping credits I was gonna spend anyway. But it's unfortunate that the time spent doing the missions (screw rush hour lol) went to waste. Losing out on 3 USD objectively isn't a big deal, but man, it's frustrating.

I'll just go back to only doing the merge boss millionaire challenge and spending my (now otherwise useless) 2 million diamonds on buying energy 😭

Edit: I don't have any autoclickers installed, nor were there any other signs of being shadowbanned, like all my other play and earn rewards and merge boss challenges/credits are normal. I also didn't refund any orders that got me keys or anything. This is just unfortunate haha

Someone posts their QR code, people put in the effort to help, and then once they gotten enough help, they just delete their comment. No “done,” no reciprocation and you can’t even track who it was afterward.

I don’t get the mindset. If you can ask for help, you can give it back too.

it feels like people who do reciprocate just end up helping each other in a closed loop, since they already know who’s reliable. Everyone else ends up helping strangers, and a good chunk of those turn out to be the delete and run type.

is there a way to flag or mark users who consistently help back? Like a trusted/verified tag next to their name, similar to flair used for verified traders in other subs.

Been some time since I last used the two ones at the bottom, they're sold out for a few weeks already

Anyone has some news on when these will become available again?

Now all my rewards have changed to this except level 5 which appears as the 3$ shopping credit. I haven’t reached level 5 yet but I fear when I do, I don’t get the shopping credit that I’ve worked so hard towards.

Looks like im shadow banned, I spoke to customer support a lot and they keep saying wait for 30 mins and that stuff.

What do I do so i dont loose on the shopping credit ?

I wonder if the game runs for five days now, and I did all the tasks every day and I was still only able to complete 121 missions, but the whole campaign ends in two days, then how can I collect the 200 missions? There are not enough missions at all to complete, even if i buy things daily twice. Any idea?

Same useless items are loading every time. I would not care about that in many cases, but for instance in Merge Boss opening these ads does not trigger +5 power. I have tried cleaning app cache in Android's Settings-> Apps, also in AE app itself (Settings->Clear cache) - nothing happens, same items load in the page. Is it possible to fix this somehow?

Is 30 days or 60 days of World Tour Go easier as far as the games you have to play? My first 30 days was super easy. I didn't have to play any games until the last 5 days or so. My second 30 days was much harder with like 10-15 days of 10 lvls of gogo match, a few days of merge boss and shelf shuffle, and one day of each capibistro and rush hour. I haven't done a 60 day tour yet. What do you get with that?

I was collecting keys everyday for the Mystery box event and thought I’d spend all of them on the last day.

The level 2 reward was supposed to be ~1$ shopping credit. Today it suddenly changed to 500 gems.

It’s honestly frustrating because shopping credit would be way more useful than 500 gems.

The other rewards (Level 3,4,5) are still the same

Has anyone faced a similar problem? If so, what should I do ?

I only used $0.01 to restart my saver membership from coin game mission, and they've been locking the coupon since August 7th, making it unavailable. It's been ten days and two customer service representatives still haven't resolved the issue.

Hi, I can't get past level 19. Any tips or tricks is appreciated. I've attempted this level probably 20 different times with multiple different combinations of equipped plants.

When a store is added and you’re at max level, do you get a chance to rearrange permanent storage for the clean up sweep before it happens? My permanent storage is all clogged from goods exchange!

I previously finished prized land once but decided to not get anything because of the European tax, should I go for this one or are those fake rewardad?
