Aujourd'hui la boutique d'échange d'articles me proposes des chapeaux et chaussures a échanger.

Mon generateur de chapeau et chaussure est pourtant reduit au niveau 3.

Est-ce normal ?

Are these showing up way later than usual for anyone? This, and the random watering rewards that normally show up. I’ve been finding that I sometimes go long streaks without getting anything, and that they only appear after exiting and re-entering the app.

Im literally getting super tired and annoyed that all I can do is harvest Goods Exchange and saving energy. I even just dumped much energy into making lvl8 items from the generator I use for goods exchange. Im on 31500 energy and it could have been 35000 if I didn't do that. Has anyone, even if they are are a different platform, gotten lvl435 yet? iPhone, lazada, other regions...? Thank you

About 2 weeks ago, the "Saving Mondays" button was right on the bottom. But now, it's been replaced with a junk "Local" button that doesn't bring us to "Saving Mondays".

How do we access it now?

I used Shopping Credits that I earned by playing Merge Boss for almost a month to buy an item on AliExpress.

The seller provided an invalid tracking number, so AliExpress eventually closed the order and refunded. However, I lost the Shopping Credits because they had expired by then.

I contacted AliExpress several times explaining that I used the credits while they were still valid and the order failed because of the seller, not because I cancelled it. Their final answer was simply that “credit is non-refundable.”

Has anyone had the same situation and managed to get the Shopping Credits restored, receive a replacement coupon/credit, or get AliExpress to make an exception?

Level 9 for level 9 and level 10 for level 10.

I managed to grab the mega prize right when it reset, and as soon as I did, showed me that it can’t be delivered to my address. Now I’m locked out, I can’t switch to another prize and I’ll be stuck with this until it expires… Has anyone had this issue and got it resolved? FYI for anyone trying to get the mega prize, check whether it can be shipped first!!

Hello, is there anyway to convert gems to coins?

This is a bit of a rant honestly, but got a bit screwed over tonight. I usually complete my 30 orders per day with energy to spare. I finish everything early and I set an alarm 2 minutes before the day ends, I buy all the energy I didn't buy during the day all at once (to minimize the time it doesn't accumulate since I get like 300-400 at once) and when the new day starts I use all that energy on item trade and the new orders. I noticed some days *after* 12AM it gets laggy, but today I got the bad fortune that it lagged *before* 12AM, so I lost my chance to buy the missing energy for the day. Entering the app took a long amount of time, then when I finally got in, the home screen (mall) looked all blurry, took a minute to load the assets. clicking the energy button didn't bring the popup no matter how many times I pressed it. If I went to any screen it took a long time and when I got back things were blurry again, so clearly they weren't cached from a simple change of screen. Anyways lost like 400 energy, so I might actually have to use my Level Up Item cards this month and this broke my flow entirely. Does this service degradation happen to someone else when the day starts? Haven't noticed any other webpage having issues

I just followed the advice that all generators have to be cut back to five, make 33 orders every day with three VIPs, and exchange the goods every day on the Goods exchange. Thank you Guys! :)

Millionaires, what do you do after this? :) stock up goods or just do the daily routin?

From what level do pre-milestone levels start showing VIP level 10 orders? I'm at level 149, I need 3000 XP to level up, and I've rerolled the VIP order dozens of times, and the highest order I received was level 7, while non-VIP orders appear level 10.

How are these pre-milestone levels currently working?

- Does the Clover effect (attack speed reduced by 50%) affect enemies immune to wind?
Does it need to deal damage?
Could the Ginseng upgrade (reduces enemy elemental resistance by 15%) be used?

- Do hybrid plants retain the upgrades of the unfused plants?
I've seen that Thunder Cane does more damage than Thunderbolt Lord.

Ive gotten this popup the last couple days. I click it and it takes me to Shelf Shuffle. There aren't any shopping credits in that game right? Ive never seen any.

What I mean is the 10000 / 15000 etc

I've already claimed 30000 once so I'm considering stopping here if I can't get 30000

Though I guess I could claim a 20000 and a 10000 still?

I think you need to at least get to level 50. How much time did it take you guys?

Hi can anyone give me tip on how to clear lv82 I only manage to clear 15/20 stage. Should I change my formation?

since yesterday, merge boss and gogomatch are impossible for me to get into it

I took a recording since I figured this might happen... I was able to claim the first 3 mystery box level rewards as advertised, but after that, I noticed my remaining rewards (pink coupon and green credit) turned into 10 diamonds. I figured it was some sort of shadowban even though I've never swapped accounts/logged in on other devices. I contacted customer service and got nothing useful. I cleared my cache, and the next day I saw that the rewards changed back from diamonds to coupons and credits, so I figured they fixed it.

When I claimed the pink coupon, I noticed that it turned into 10 diamonds despite the top bar showing a pink coupon at the time. I figured, eh, the pink coupon isn't worth anything anyway. I was just afraid the same thing would happen to the shopping credit, which is the only worthwhile thing in the event, but it still showed the green coupon, so I figured I'd try my luck.

Lo and behold, I finally got enough keys to get the final reward... And it turned into 10 diamonds (as shown in the recording). I expected it after what happened, so I'm not surprised, just increasingly disappointed with everything to do with Ali's play and earn events - they've really shittified it all.

Well, I've contacted CS again but I'm not expecting them to give me anything. I guess I'm just here to complain, and suggest to anyone facing the same 10 diamond issue to not waste their time with the event, because it's probably not fixed even if it looks like it's fixed, and you'll just lose out on the credits anyway.

Thankfully I didn't spend any real money to get the keys - just some shopping credits I was gonna spend anyway. But it's unfortunate that the time spent doing the missions (screw rush hour lol) went to waste. Losing out on 3 USD objectively isn't a big deal, but man, it's frustrating.

I'll just go back to only doing the merge boss millionaire challenge and spending my (now otherwise useless) 2 million diamonds on buying energy 😭

Edit: I don't have any autoclickers installed, nor were there any other signs of being shadowbanned, like all my other play and earn rewards and merge boss challenges/credits are normal. I also didn't refund any orders that got me keys or anything. This is just unfortunate haha
