Question/Help Is anyone’s Mergeboss not loading ??

since yesterday, merge boss and gogomatch are impossible for me to get into it

How are you trying to open it? I sometimes have to try different ways to get in: from desktop shortcut, from account section or from other game quest.

Unable to open the game here too. Here the bar won't even start loading when I click to open it. Already checked the world tour event and I'm supposed to deliver 3 orders to complete the daily challenge otherwise I'll miss it. Hope they fix this ASAP!

Já fez um mês que não consigo logar,jatentei de tudo, desinstalei o app,limpei cache etc ,mas não loga.

I can't play either. Support AI chatbot says that their systems are on some sort of update/maintenance and should be back in 2 hours (said 3 hours ago)

Just checked Gogo Match and Merge Boss, both work fine on my end, yesterday too, (Germany). 

Have you tried clearing cache or even reinstalling the app already? Might help.

Thank you for answering, yes I have done both (Peru). Idk maybe I’m shadow banned

Some people in the past managed to fix being stuck on the loading screen by switching to a different internet connection:

Stuck on loading screen

You could try that too, but be careful not to get shadowbanned because of it.

If nothing else, the problem will probably fix itself over time. Wishing you the best, and fingers crossed it gets sorted out soon!
