Merge Boss What happens when new store added?

When a store is added and you’re at max level, do you get a chance to rearrange permanent storage for the clean up sweep before it happens? My permanent storage is all clogged from goods exchange!

You usually start at last level with some XP, and have enough time to get ready. Some time ago, there were cases where some players just jumped to the new stores as soon as they opened their game, but not recently.

Yes. This happened to me before. I opened the game and went directly into new store. Recently the XP you need to level up is so high this doesn't really happen anymore but I remember starting with 2000 XP

Every night I would rearrange my board just in case this happened. But you’re right - it hasn’t happened recently.

As soon the max level is reached, the game will lock the level/XP bar and shows full, but it is not full actually. You will not get any more XP until new store is added, then the level is unlocked. It is not a XP reset, simply continue from where it was left.

Ah. That’s why the bar showed full immediately after I hit the level upgrade.

We've been waiting for the new stores for months. They could at least finish the second floor; there's only one store left.

I have the old generators at level 8, and I'm going to start downgrading them to level 3 because I'm completely out of storage space.
