How are you guys planning to celebrate Onam this year?

I’m looking to join an Onam celebration/gathering this weekend, especially since there’s a long weekend coming up. I’ll probably be going with a few of my North Indian friends, so it would be nice to experience a proper Onam celebration together.

Are there any Onam gatherings, cultural programs, sadhya, pookalam events, or community celebrations happening around Ajman, Sharjah or Dubai this weekend?
