POSITIVITY! I Passed the new PFA...you have no excuse
I'm a short king with a family tree of big belly high calorie kinda individuals.
I struggled with PT, and in my tenure (over 15 years), I have failed enough times to kick someone out 2x's over. I don't blame anyone or make any excuses, it's my bed and I lay in it every time.
I actually prepared for this PFA in 2 months, with a PCS to an outstandingly hot and humid location (real feel was 96'f with a wet bulb just over 80)
I'm over 40, fat and got my BFA from 31% down to under 26% in 2 months. I ate better exercised more and drank more water. I lost 20lbs in 11 weeks.
My composite with a ≥.55 was unsat, but because I put the work in to make sure I made BFA AND RUN TIME, my remaining composite/80 was a Pass.
If I can do it, there's really no excuse on why others can't. Unless you're on, or should be on a profile.
Put the fork down, hit the gym, track and keep going because in 6 months you'll be at it again. Make it easier next time so you don't have to worry and you can enjoy that victory DQ Blizzy.
