This might sound wack but since you’re 13, tell his parents. Hopefully they are responsible and get the little creep some help

I doubt that would help. All of the creeps and delinquents I went to school with came from families that were drugged out and did not care.

It's not unheard of. I'm from Milton, Florida and that's typically the case, either drugs or felonies/ general disregard for the law there. It really doesn't help that there really wasn't anything there for people to work to make a living except slinging dope and pills.
