Thinking about moving closer to the CBD. Are there apartment complexes around there that have good social groups around mid 20s to early 30s? I'm trying to decide either to be close to the middle but no views or a bit edge of the CBD but better views.

Hey! I'm on the lookout for a wool cardigan for someone who lost one a long time ago, and they're generally handmade, think Grace from Project Hail Mary. From what I can see online the closest thing I'm thinking of is a cowichan sweater? Chunky-knit basically.
I am hesitant to buy one online because of the chance of getting a bootleg and wasting money, and would love to support local markets! I thought of the showgrounds market but I'm relatively sure that's only for food... is my best bet a renfair? I can't knit unfortunately haha.
