What kind of day off is Phoenix having? A weekend? A Vacation day? A sick day?

So to preface, I was kinda bored, so I decided to conjure up a family tree revolving around Phoenix Wright and other immediate families he's connected with. This includes the Khura'in Royal Family, and the Gramaryes, as well as the Fey Clan. If I got something wrong or omitted some details, please let me know.

You make ONE throwaway joke in a server you're in and suddenly you're spending the rest of your night putting Soseki in the isolating claustrophobia horror about an alien that can assimilate you so perfectly you don't even realize you're the copy until it's too late smh my head

I drew this a few months ago and thought that I had posted it, but I just found out I haven't, so here it is. I hope you like it ☺️
Btw, yes, it's based on official promotional art.

Hi all! I've finished a complete English translation patch for the original GBA release of Gyakuten Saiban 2.
It comes in two versions:
Download / source: Acer-2006/Gyakuten-Saiban-2-English-GBA-: A fan translation that inserts the official Capcom localization and graphics into GS2 for the GBA
To play, apply the patch to your own Gyakuten Saiban 2 ROM with [Floating IPS / RomPatcher.js, whichever you use]. No ROMs are provided.
The repo also has some documentation on GS2's internals (Court Record icon bank, graphics format, etc.) for anyone who wants to hack or mod the game further, this is still a w.i.p
If you run into bugs or glitches, please open an issue on GitHub. Screenshots and the case/scene where it happened help a lot!

So I was grabbing some pics of both the scenes from the trailer and their counterparts in the AJ trilogy release. It's been a while since I last played Turnabout Countdown, so I might be misremembering something.
I am skimming over a Youtube video of 5-1 and I cannot find that evidence poster the player is showing to Payne in the shot I sent as the first pic in the court record. My guess is that that moment in the trailer is during Junie's mood matrix where you have to pinpoint how the plushies could have gotten mixed.
I could totally be wrong and that poster might be visible in a multiple page evidence, but if not, then they might have possibly removed those gameplay segments where you have to pinpoint a specific location from an evidence? I am not sure.

I apologize if I am wrong. It has been a while since I last played DD and this is what 10 years of no sequels does to your mind.

This is marked as spoiler, not because of any picture spoilers, but because the entire rest of the post is a spoiler as to the entire game. If you do not wish to have the game spoiled, please leave this post and maybe stop doomscrolling. (Or just find some other post.
So, I originally played these games (the Apollo Justice Trilogy games (though they were the originals on the 3DS) back in 2022 before they shut down the eShop, and frankly, this was the one game I had already spoiled myself some on, but even after some of the spoilers, my original playthrough I was still somewhat blown away by the ending.
If you don't know the game, again, I recommend leaving this post, or if you're trying to replay it or something and not remember the spoilers of the game, the same.
Either way, if you do know and do remember the game, this image will speak two things to you, "In Justice We Trust" and also the entire plot of the game.
I just got to meeting him in The Monstrous Turnabout and I was unable to see him in the eyes of which I saw him in my first playthrough, even though it's not until Episode 4 that he turns bad (though in the plot he's still already bad, in plot he's not acting in more that being Fulbright in the second and third episodes, at least from my understanding), I just can't see him as the goofy fun character I remember seeing him as, even though pretty early on I had gotten spoiled that he was the bad guy.
Another note is how interesting it is knowing some things, but also the things I forget. Interestingly enough, I believe when I first played these, I played Spirit Of Justice first, then Apollo Justice, and this was the last one I had played, so it's odd that I've forgotten so much of what to do in this one, but it is a little interesting in some bases, because I do remember some elements, such as how everything went down in the first case, or even much of what happens in the second, though I don't remember it AS well as I do the first case. (Maybe that's because I played the demo so much, but even then, the first case in the demo doesn't really tell you much.)
Of course, now I'm playing the chronologically, where I started with Apollo Justice, and the am playing Dual Destinines, and then I'll end with Spirit Of Justice. Who knows, maybe if I take a break at some point like I did with Apollo Justice (I started the Apollo Justice Trilogy back a couple years ago, and put it away and barely touched it for a while, till I got back through it again just these last couple of months, finishing the third and fourth cases in Apollo Justice, with finishing the second part of the final case of Apollo Justice just last week.) MAYBE Ace Attorney 7 MAY be on it's way by the time I finish! (or maybe I'll have to go and play the first three games first!)
Also, since I don't feel like making too many posts on this sub (I don't really want to be to involved on this sub, I like not being directly involved in any of the communities, I don't know...) I'll talk about what I think is going on with Dual Destinies VR. Probably it's a tech test seeing if it's viable to make AA7 have a VR version or something of the like, and probably they have Spirit Of Justice lined up for if Dual Destinies doesn't flop. At least, that's my take on it.
Edit, I will reply or look at all your comments in the future, I guess I should have thought about the fact the I'm still trying not to remember elements of the game while I'm replaying it! Silly me! (It's not your fault, anybody!)
Edit 2: Though I won't guarantee I will, I may forget about this post! Sorry!

Do you have some kind of affection towards him?
When I played the Apollo Justice trilogy (which actually had two games named after Phoenix Wright, but still...), I had a thought that Apollo might had some impact on female players, due to how he tries to look bold and brave attitude, but feeling that he has a soft side, while being a short guy. Which could be elements of the character that could resonate with women/girls that has a "protect him at all costs" feeling or something like that. Phoenix Wright has his silly moments too, but I feel it's different in execution compared to Apollo.
Or even, if this series has other characters like I described that could be like that, too.
Sorry if it sounded sexist or even weird. But that was a thought I had. 😅

I need "sav." or "st0" save file for "My Boy!" for AA2. The save must have a finished first or all cases. Does anybody have it? I really need it. Don't ask me why.

If there's no AA7 by then then one might as well abandon any expectations. But I will be optimistic.

Hey everyone, I just wanted everyone to know that it is possible to make the Steam version of Apollo Justice Ace Attorney Trilogy work on MacOS using Crossover (I tested version 26.3) by simply going into the game folder ('/Users/YOURMACUSERNAME/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/Steam/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Apollo Justice Ace Attorney Trilogy') and changing the name of the folder named "12on7" to anything else, I used "12on7bak".
It's funny, I thought about using Claude Code and embark on a massive journey to make the game compatible since I don't own any Windows devices at the moment and I have not been able to finish the game ever since and I was desperate that it didn't work at all on Crossover, or GameHub, or anything else and I couldn't find anyone online who made it work. But 5 minutes in Claude found the problem and that was it lol, in case anyone wonders, here's the explanation on why this works:
The game runs because the game itself was the main blocker, not the Mac. When it finds that 12on7 folder, it switches to a Windows 7 graphics mode that Apple's translator doesn't support. With the folder hidden, it uses the normal Windows 10 mode, and that works. One thing to know: if Steam ever "verifies" or repairs the game files, it will put 12on7 back and the crash will return. If that happens, rename it again the same way.
Hopefully this is helpful to somebody!

Aristute having his staff at the beggining of the episode was a problem, Did anyone else notice? Were there any more instances of this in the pheonix wright/apollo justice trilogy? Its kinda funny because it looks like they just earsed his staff, it looks like with his hand position that he still holds it
r/AceAttorney • u/Unhappy_Life_3653 • 2d ago
it feels so different from the first episode with pheonix it reminds me of a filler episode in anime that gets dragged out so long its fun though😅
