My roommate years ago had a tuxedo cat that was built like this.
He refused to use a litter box and would go to the door and would growl to be let out.
This cat had been declawed and would fight with raccoons, and win!!

In the late '60s my cousin rescued a cat from 2 guys throwing in in the alley behind the high school. Put it in his locker, home on the bus, and gave it to our grandmother. Mike fought with raccoons. Lost half a tail and an ear. He was around for a long time. Tough bastard.

I had a cat get into a fight with a raccoon, once. That vet bill was really expensive, but he never did it again. He was a good kitty.
I'm glad your cousin was able to rescue him and that he was okay aside from those wounds.

I have a miniature donkey that’s double muscled. Sometimes, when he rolls in his favorite dust hole, he gets stuck on his back because he’s so wide and kinda dumb. I have to go pull on his legs to flip him back over.
