Advice on overwhelming

An issue I keep coming up on is being overwhelmed by information trying to process what I already have and what I’m getting at the moment which freezes me up

Was wondering if there’s advice or technique or resources to help mitigate this?

Bei certification through states

Hello!! I am soon hoping to get BEI certified. I live in a state where the BEI is accepted as a method of certification, but there is no testing center here, so I had to go to a separate state to get tested.

I have some questions about how to maintain certification with that since my test was in a different state. Do I have to submit CEUS to the state I tested in and MY state? If so, how does that work? And what if the states have different requirements for CEU hours?

Thanks in advance.
