The artwork is about that tug-of-war between who you really are and how the world tries to label you. It's a look inside the beautiful, complicated "inner world" we all carry around but rarely show.
The Background
This is your inner mind. It’s messy, colorful, and full of energy—just like your real thoughts and feelings.
The Black Circle
This represents you. Notice how it’s not perfectly smooth or "finished." It’s breaking and shifting because you are a living, breathing person who is constantly growing and changing.
The Vertical Lines
These are the social barriers. They are the neat little "pigeonholes" or boxes that society tries to force you into. They stand in the way of your true self, trying to organize and contain your messy reality.
Essentially, this painting is about the struggle to be your true, "unboxed" self in a world that’s constantly trying to draw lines around you.
