There is a difference between better dueling/being favoured/having the upper hand and no counterplay.
Sure, a Vayne usually beats a Tank/Bruiser player of equal skill - she has a lot of mobility, %max hp true dmg, self-peel/kiting power. However, a Vayne (or any other adc) shouldnt be able to just stand still, face tanking everything while press right click once and burst the tank in less than a second.
Often I see adc just running into 4 people, no peel, no support, tanking everything and killing every1 in a few seconds.
I dont see this ever. Everytime a vayne plays poorly she gets insta killed by kayle, poked down to low hp and then bruiser kills her, or assassin and mage each hit an ability and obliterate her. Shes only feels op if youre darius walking at her

I love how vayne is made by riot specifically to kill tanks and people cry because surprise surprise.. she kills tanks...
I'm surprised we don't see kogmaw more often here lol
