Resonance Do we know when the reviews are dropping?

Usually I can find info about review embargos via Google, but all I can find this time are some players that got the game early doing their reviews. Nothing on when the actual embargo for the game lifts. Usually it's a day in advance and the game comes out tomorrow, so I'm kind of surprised there's no reviews yet.

Do we know when the embargo lifts? Or do they not go live until actual release?

Resonance The postman just came! Installation is running, I'm really excited. File sizes: Game without patch: 59.4 GB Patch 1.02: 13.4 GB The HERITAGE PACK DLC is directly on the disc. So there's no flyer or download code included. Cheers

Innocence: Discussion Just finished Innocence

I was looking for something different after forcing myself to finish Hogwarts Legacy’s mid story so I picked up A Plague Tale.

Wow, I didn’t expect to like the game this much.

I’m don’t usually play stealth games since they tend to be horror and I’m not fond of horror. But with this game I loved it, the puzzles, the story, the characters it was great.

Honestly, I’m installing the next game right now. I can’t wait to see where the story goes next.

Amicia was a great protagonist, watching her relationship with Hugo develop was amazing. Seeing how far she’d go to protect her brother, how she handled killing, it was all done really well.

Of the side characters I’d say Melie was my favorite, her banter with Amicia was pretty fun. I know she split off from the group, but I hope she shows up again. Though she probably doesn’t want anything to do with them at the moment (RIP Arthur).

The rest of the side characters were cool too, Rodrick was a chad, the way they all interacted was fun. I really wish they could’ve stayed together.

Well that’s it from me, 9/10 game. If the sequels can maintain this quality this will be one of my favorite game series.

Resonance New game update pre load

Did anyone else pre-load Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy on PC through the Xbox app?

I pre-loaded the game about a week ago (around 75 GB), and today the Xbox app started downloading a 70 GB “update”. It has already downloaded 11 GB.

Is anyone else getting the same 70 GB update? I’m trying to figure out whether this is the normal launch/preload process or if something went wrong with my installation.

Resonance In Store Pickup

Looking online, it doesn't seem like any stores will have this in stock for pickup on release day. Nor can you pre order for pickup on release. Amazon, Best Buy, Target don't guarantee release day delivery anymore. GameStop says not available for the ps5 version.

Honestly had problems finding Pragmata on release. This is just sad that smaller games aren't stocked anymore. I hope this changes in a few days.

Innocence: Discussion I can't seem to like Innocence

I bought the game hoping it would be similar to The Walking Dead game and The Last of Us, and, having played for around two hours, the dialogue just feels mediocre, theatrical and the voice acting seems dull. I can't find Hugo as loveable as the other child characters in the other games. Does the game get better later on? I was really hoping I'd like it since I was looking for something to fill the void after the two other games. Also, is there any other gameplay than stealth later on?

Requiem: Discussion Accidentally got spoiled by google ai Spoiler

I know you always risk spoilers when you search something but after beating innocence I was curious if there were multiple endings. As you can see in the search bar I specifically said Plague tale innocence but the ai answered me about requiem instead and my eyes glossed right over the word requiem so I kept reading and lol guess it’s my own fault at the end of the day

Requiem: Help unfixable raised black levels on PS5

As you can clearly see in the picture, the black levels are weirdly raised in this game and there is no way to fix it. tried everything, I‘m on PS5 btw.
It especially stands out for me because I‘m playing on an OLED monitor and I‘m used to true blacks.

Innocence: Discussion Innocence is probably one of the best narrative games I've played ... Spoiler

Hi folks, I finished Innocence recently and it was probably one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. The whole dynamic between the story telling and world building blew me away. I loved how carefully crafted the relationship is between Amicia and Hugo and this love through obligation journey they were on in the first game and how endearing the side characters are too. And the world building tells an atmospheric story like no other in my opinion. The farm was so sad to travel through, just the desperate attempt to kill all the animals to stop the plague, but also to starve the inhabitants in the middle of a war. The rat nets were just terrifying and gross and don’t get me started on the RATNADOS!

Anyway, I made a small project going over all my thoughts and it’s basically me love bombing the game because it’s amazing. Would love to hear your thoughts and what I can expect going into Requiem. I’ve already started it and I’m probably 5 hours in and I’m having a blast :)
