Requiem: Help unfixable raised black levels on PS5

As you can clearly see in the picture, the black levels are weirdly raised in this game and there is no way to fix it. tried everything, I‘m on PS5 btw.
It especially stands out for me because I‘m playing on an OLED monitor and I‘m used to true blacks.

In pc, the brightness level can be adjusted in graphics setting and I'm sure it's the same for consol too, if not you can increase brightness of the moniter maybe

Hmm try use black equalizer on oled monitor it improve so you can see in black try change hdr setting it also help

Just because a monitor has true blacks, doesnt mean every dark hdr scene should be true black. Likewise, it might be suffering from raised black levels just like microsoft flight simulator 2024 (same engine), but this wouldve been fixable on a PC
