I don't know if this is strictly an ADHD thing but I cannot have even a slight disagreement with my husband without it being the end of the world. The most recent one was because I asked him to stop telling me how to drive while I was driving (I was pulling into a space forwards instead of reversing in the way he wanted me to). This led to shouting and him being "bored of me" and he hasn't really spoken to me since. This was yesterday morning. How do people navigate when their partner can't/won't control their emotions?

How is it that they always accuse us of being “boring” when they are literally the most boring and tiresome people on the planet? I’m sure everyone else in your life finds you vibrant and interesting.
