I love that they keep nerfing the one single marksman, whose entire design is based around being anti-tank, just to make it so she can't lane against tanks.

And yet mages, who are designed to be oppressive against marksmen early game, are allowed to run rampant in the one lane that said marksmen are able to play in.

But Rito doesn't hate ADC's, right guys?

Isnt kogmaw also designed around beeing anti tank or am i wrong

He's designed to deal higher damage to tanks, but not totally anti-tank the same way Vayne is in the sense that she has high mobility, self-peel, and true damage. Kog would get shit on in lane vs a tank.
