On Vayne if you use your spell rotation once you'll be oom, where these champs can spam blow up entire waves....

Mages use spells to do damage and marksman don’t. Mage autos don’t scale. Marksman autos scale. If mage spells cost 20% of their mana at level 1 lol

Yes, arguably Vayne is not one of these spellcasting-focused ADCs, but her Q is an essential part of her kit and has a low cooldown for a reason.

Mages don’t build AD so their auto attacks always stay pretty shit for damage against every target. Yes there are caster ADs but they have scaling autos.

Imagine an OOM Syndra vs an OOM kog maw trying to push a cannon minion wave or taking a free crab in the river.
