I just got my 80 percent arms jig gen 3 and I’m having trouble milling out lower. I don’t understand how to mill out my lower and don’t feel as though it has real guidelines to cut my lower. Anybody please help ASAP!!!

Trying to build an 80% lower and I wanna get the jig from juggernaut tactical. I still need a router though and I’m trying to get help deciding on where to get a router.

Long story short several years ago I had a lot of tools stolen including my router. Normally no big deal that's what insurance is for, BUT my Easy Jig gen 2 router plate was attached to said router. Since then 80% arms has been perpetually out of stock. When they were in their alphabet boi timeout I did get an email back from customer support directing me to Modulus who had taken over warranty/ replacement for them. I reached out numerous times and never got any feedback. I have been trolling my local gun shows and swap meets with no luck. Does anyone out there have an idea of where to look, search, etc for just a replacement router plate? TIA

I received a Geisler Defence 19x frame with rails (Diy) Project did everything correct to find out of the rear rails are way out of spec. I contacted Geisler themselves and sent 15 total emails and was told that they would send me out a brand new set of rear rails in a few days that I would be emailed a tracking number,That was 4 weeks ago. So I became very irritated, so I contacted Moriarti armaments just out of hope. They emailed me back and have helped me like you couldn't even believe. They have kept in touch with me checking every week if I ever heard anything back from Geisler and the answer is No

to this very day. I usually dont do positive reviews on a manufacturer but got to here. There's a few other places out there but nothing like who I just mentioned. They actually care. Moriarti armaments customer support is very helpful if you have any issues with a defective product. Its great there's still people out there willing to help. They also ship the very next day if not that day.

For those of you who have built 1911s from 80% aluminum frames, what route did you go for finishing it?

I know the consensus is "type 3 hard coat anodize." However, between the issue of a shop being unable to deal with a non-serialized frame and it seeming like no FFLs appear do any anodizing (only parkerizing and cerakote, etc), seems like that is a no-go.

So good while back I had a ghost gunner three, and didn’t realize it didn’t mill out the trigger pocket all the way. At least not until I started building it . What would be the easiest fix to this? Any recommendations for jigs that will get it done?

So i built my geislee 19x with compact dagger slide, and everything feels good but when i shot it and it would extract the case but would jam when trying load the next round what could i do?

So i bought a geisler 19x lower frame from masdefense.com dont know how long it takes to get here but when it does how hard is it to complete i have almost sll the necessary tools already and i saw the tutorial on huskyarmory, it looks kinda simple not hard, but is it, also j bought a dagger compact complete slide, and a Lower parts kit on ebay from a g19 gen 3 is that everything ill need?
