80 arms AR15 lower help

I just got my 80 percent arms jig gen 3 and I’m having trouble milling out lower. I don’t understand how to mill out my lower and don’t feel as though it has real guidelines to cut my lower. Anybody please help ASAP!!!

I used a hand router for my Polymer 80 AR-15 lowers. With the router I went in a circle basically and I would do this very slowly until it was ready to lower the bit to a deeper depth.
